Great hotel and service. Staff were very friendly and even lent us an plug adapter with no charge - good to see people going the extra mile. Room was clean and a to a very high specification - even for the most basic package. Overall 5*.

Lovely boutique-like hotel in nice location (even though it was a good tram ride away each time from the centre). Main gripe is that we clearly booked a "King Size Bed" room yet on arrival it was a twin (why advertise as such when it's not what you booked?!). Reception weren't too bothered or apologetic and it felt like they were doing us a favour […] when they found us a King the following day. There were also not the "down duvets" that were advertised on hotels.com. Was really not a great start to a romantic get-away but the hotel is nice. 더 보기

Friendly, helpful service staff; right down from big, beautiful park; right across from tram to Amsterdam Central Station but outside hustle and bustle of A. center. Short walk to huge open-air market and many reasonably priced and authentic ethnic restaurants. Drawback: price goes way up in middle of April.

Good value, easy reach of centre and access to trams, good food in the restraunt, double room was 2 singles pushed together!

Located a bit outside of the main attraction areas of the city, though taxi ride anywhere worth visiting takes approximately 15 min; manageable. We arrived around 10pm and the concierge said they were overbooked and didn't have any rooms for the night. We were offered a stay at a higher class hotel (American hotel or smth like that), at no extra expense, […] taxi fare both ways was also paid by the Manor. Next day we returned to the Manor and they upgraded our room to a suite. All very nice gestures on their part. Much respect! 더 보기

Friendly staff. Price/quality - this time of the year - is very good. Ideal location for us, also served efficiently by public transport.

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff. A little too far to walk into the main centre of town, but the regular number 9 tram is cheap and quick. There is a stop directly outside the hotel which, at night, is serviced by a nightbus. There's not a lot going on in the neighbourhood of the hotel other than the beautiful Oosterpark. Our only criticisms […] about the hotel are that we were disappointed that our double bed was, in fact, two twins pushed together with seperate duvets. Nice staff. Cool hotel. Clean, chic, urban. Big rooms with good facilities and amenities. they rent out bikes - grab one and go see Amsterdam :-)

1 night stay. hotel fantastics, staff more than willing to help with any questions you may have. you do need to use the excellent tram service to go into town. front desk staff wil sort you out with the correct tickets.

The hotel looks very nice in the pictures but its construction is lacking. We were on the 1st floor and any time someone in another room on our floor would close the door it would rattle through our room. We could easily hear people on the floors above (note: floors - multiple) moving furniture or dropping things on the hardwood floors. Everything was exellent.The stuff is friendly and very helpfull. Easy to go to the center by bus, tram.

This hotel was very noisy. I was on the first floor and it took me 2 hours to fall asleep, because the doors are very heavy and they slam everytime someone goes in and out of there room. I could hear movement all night above my room as well. Bring your own toiletries, as they do not have many options and they never replaced my soap when asked. Also, […] they could not provide me a washcloth when asked. The sheets were a bit scratchy too! Other than that, they did recommend good restaurants to eat at, the hotel was near a park and the main tram was right outside the hotel which was nice. 더 보기

Amazingly good value a la carte breakfast in restaurant. A little noisy if windows left open but probably much much quieter than being near the central station.

We spent 8 nights at many differant hotels and this one was the best. The staff was very helpfull and friendly. The rooms were spotless and very beautifull. The location was a 25 minute walk to the city center or a 15 Euro cab ride to the city center. I was told Amsterdam has a hotel room shortage and hotels are very expensive. This was well priced […] and the place was great. I highly recommed the hotel. The downside is parking in Amsterdam is very expensve the hotel was 25 Euro plus tax of 6.31 Euro total Euro 31. 더 보기

Great hotel. My large ground-floor room was very modern and trendy, with a high ceiling, wood floor and a nice bathroom with walk-in shower (no bath). I was very impressed, it was good to have the generous room size of an old building but with the decor and facilities of a brand-new one. This is a new hotel, but the building itself dates from 1891 […] when it was opened as a civic hospital (more recently, it was used as local government offices). The restoration and conversion to a hotel has been done very well - it's impressive both inside and out. It's hard to pick any downsides to the room. The only minor one I can think of is that the comfort of the bed, although perfectly acceptable, didn't quite live up to the standard of the room in general (the duvet was fine, but there seemed to be some kind of mattress protector being used under the sheets). In terms of service levels, at check-in I did have to wait some time for my room to become free, but the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel had only opened 2 weeks before, so a few initial teething problems aren't surprising. The location of the hotel is better than a casual glance at a map would suggest. Although it's probably just off the edge of your tourist map of central Amsterdam, the transport connections are very good. The tram stops are closer than the "2 blocks away" given in the Hotels.com blurb suggests. The stop for trams into the city is almost directly outside the hotel, the other tram stops are located around the adjacent crossroads. Tram 9 takes you to Dam Square, city centre, central station. Tram 7 takes you to Leidseplein. Tram 3 takes you to Museumplein. If that's not enough choice, there are also buses! Transport tip - Amsterdam Muiderpoort train station is very close to this hotel. Leave the hotel, turn right, then immediately right again, and the station is at the end of the side-street. It's less than 5 minutes walk. From Muiderpoort, there are trains every 15 minutes into Central sta 더 보기

Hotel Eden had only been open a few days when we arrived, and considering this, I think they had things running quite smoothly. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful...especially the concierge. Our room was very nice, but a little small. However, there was ample storage space, a mini-fridge and coffee maker. Grundsätzlich ein schön designtes Haus im merklich guten, neuen Zustand. Das Hotel liegt nah am Grachtengürtel und hat zwei Tramlinien vor der Tür (direkt zu den Museen und ins Zentrum). Aber: Die Zimmer bzw. das Bad sind sehr hellhörig. Bei Ankunft haben wir zwei ziemlich dreckige Putzlappen mitten im Bad vorgefunden, die dort vergessen und auch erst […] am übernächsten Tag wieder mitgenommen wurden. Es waren zwei deutsche Fernsehsender programmiert, deren Empfang leider so schlecht war, dass man sie nicht schauen konnte. Im Bad gab es nur Shower Gel bzw. Hotellihuoneen hinta suhteessa laatuun oli korkea. Ystävällinen ja palvelualtis hotelli. Hotellihuoneen hintaan ei kuulunut aamupala. Siisti. Kaukana keskustasta, raitiovaunu meni hotellin edestä.

I det stora hela ett trevligt hotell, tapeter och färgsättning på golv väldigt märkliga. Dyr frukost.Låg en bit utanför centrum men bra kommunikationer med spårvagn som gick var tionde minut ungefär.

Ett mycket fräscht hotell med trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Helt okej storlek på rummet, skyhögt i tak. Hotellet ligger inte centralt, men i ett bra område strax utanför stadsdelen Plantage. Nära till Oosterpark och Amsterdams zoo och botaniska trädgård. Överhuvudtaget känns omgivningarna som "det riktiga Amsterdam", inte lika pittoreskt som vid kanalerna […] - men här bor "vanliga människor". Flera spårvagnslinjer går kring hörnet. Ca. 30 minutter gange inn til sentrum, gode muligheter med trikk etc. Toget fra Schipol til Muiderport, så er det bare 5 minutter gange til hotellet. ( Toget fra Schipol kostet 3,5€, og taxi kostet 40€ ) Glass dør og vindu inn til badet, så man bør ikke være for sjenert.....

Fantastisch verblijf gehad!

Das frühere Krankenhaus wurde in ein schickes Hotel umgebaut. Geschmakvol poppig eingerichtet. Gefällt!

Hotel muito bem localizado, na frente do ponto do bonde, bem pertinho do centro. Novo, reformado e ótimo serviço. Quarto grande para os padrões europeus e muito confortável. Ótimas janelas vedadas e um blackout que nos fez dormir feito anjos! A unica coisa que comentaria é a decoração 'over' sobre a termática 'Amsterdam'. As famosas 3 cruzes símbolo […] da cidade estão em toda a parte, literalmente do teto ao chão e em vermelho! Uma loucura, mas nada que desabone todo resto. Vale a pena! 더 보기

we zijn maar een nachtje geweest en het was de moeite waard. trouwens vriendelijke taxichauffeurs die direct weg wisten en niet sjoemelden met route, erg vriendelijk personeel, bij ontbijt en bij diner. Complimenten!

Hotel molto bello, un po' lontano dal centro ma con la fermata del tram n. 9 (per piazza Dam e Central Station) praticamente sotto casa! Servizi molto buoni (bollitore in camera con the, caffè e cioccolata, wifi gratuito anche se un po' lento) e personale disponibile e gentile.

Rigtig dejligt hotel, med dejlige værelser. Nyt og moderne, og god service.

Voici un hotel intéressant pour descendre sur Amstersdam. Ligne de tram au pied de l'hotel, et à 45 minutes à pieds de la gare centrale. Déco moderne et sympa, petit déjeunés copieux, une carte de vin italien au bar plutôt intéressante. Gros bémol: - le passage de l'aspirateur dans les chambres et les parties communes ne fait visiblement pas parti des […] réflexes. - l'hotel est relativement bruyant, surtout si vous avez la chance d'avoir un évènement durant votre séjour. - le nombre de place de stationnement est limité à l'hôtel, du coup pour nous 108€ de PV (ou 70€ de parco si nous avions payé) pour deux nuits. - couette des lits deux personnes séparées, ce qui ne permet pas de rester "collé" au conjoint. O hotel é muito bom, de altissimo nível, e embora não esteja no centro da cidade, existe uma parada do bonde (tram) que te leva para o centro e demais locais rapidamente quase que em frente ao mesmo! Hotel altamente recomendado, de luxo e ótimo preço!

os quartos sao novos, as pessoas educadas e o atendimento muito bom ... decoraçao moderna e bonita , somente é um pouco longe do centro de amsterdam mas com um onibus se chega rapidamente a qualquer ponto de dam ... eu recomendo esse hotel a quem nao ve problema de se locomover pelos meios de transporte ate o centro !!!

Flott nytt designerhotell med veldig hyggelig service pene rom- ligger i et forstadsområde en kort trikketur eller lang og koselig gåtur til sentrum. Kjempekoselig tapasrestaurant rett ved.

Gutes gepflegtes Hotel in Zentrumsnähe, sauber, schön eingerichtet mit dem gewissen Etwas....

Spacious rooms, impeccable concierge service, non-tourist neighborhood, yet only 10 minutes away from downtown. Loved it.

J'ai choisi cet hôtel car il était en promo très intéressante. Je ne regrette pas: cet hôtel est formidable, visiblement refait depuis peu. Chambre carrément super, grand confort, design, éclairage recherché. Façade style balnéaire ancien, bien rénové. Desservi par bus, tram et location de vélo possible à l’hôtel. Je n'ai pas testé la restauration. […] Accueil pro et sympathique, équipe jeune.
