호텔 인상은 좋은편이다. 시설도 꽤 깔금하고 괜찮았다. 그런데 체크인할때 담당했던 남자분,,, 항상 미소로 대하던 서비스업종의 일본사람들만 대하다가 호텔남자분 보니까 기분이 확 나빠졌다. 아주 귀찮은듯 사람을 대하는데 내가 호텔을 온거 맞나 싶을정도로 표정이나 말투등 이런 일본사람은 정말 처음 보았다. 정말 불쾌했고, 다른 호텔 여러군데를 다녀봤지만 체크인,아웃할때 불쾌해봤던건 처음이었다. 호텔분위기나 시설도 중요하지만, 직원들 서비스 교육이 절실한 곳인듯하다.

I stayed at this hotel for three day and two nights. Hotel has been recently renovated, and has cozy facilities such as a gym, public bath, and a nice restaurant. The hotel is located a few steps away from the Hineno JR station, but that is really its only good feature. The room is tiny, even by Japanese standards, with a bed that felt like it was made of plywood. The pillows were no better. Water pressure was very low. The room temperature was 87.8F, & the air conditioning cooling was non-existent, although […] there was a switch; no one answered at the switchboard when I called to complain. We couldn't leave the window open all night because the room faced on the JR station, with trains running all night. There is nothing in the neighborhood to walk to for dinner or a drink, & the restaurant was so overpriced that there was only one couple eating dinner. very close to train station. walking distance to AEON supermarket. But the food selection is very less at near by surronding area.

The Hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the hotel it self is basic and we didn't venture out as we arrived late and left early, but the perfect location for a 1 night stay to then move on in Japan.

Nice hotel close to KIX. The room was comfortable and clean. At least one of the staff was competent in English, having lived in California. There is free Internet, which is a MUST for me. The shuttle left for the airport on time (6 a.m.) and got us there in 20 minutes, saving around $20 for the airport train. If you go the way I did, be sure to take the Airport Train Exit to your left after you walk through the exit wickets. I stayed here during my first night in Japan, I am from the US and did not know much Japanese. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful. There is a shuttle bus that takes you directly from the airport (KIX) to the hotel (it is a 20 min. drive). My room was very clean and there was wireless internet, but I was too tired to figure out how to connect to […] it (you need a password). I had a good experience. My only difficulty was the fact that my room was too cold.

This hotel was close to KIX and did offer the transportation from KIX to hotel. We had a triple with 3 beds, room was small so there was no space between the beds but space is premium in Japan so they did the best they can. Nice room at reasonable room rates. Convenient location as it was only one minute walk from the Hineno Station of JR West Rail. They also provide free shuttle to the airport and it would be an excellent choice if you will be leaving for Kansai Airport to take flight early in the morning the other day.

We just arrived at Hiroshima from Osaka by Shinkansen this afternoon and I am now writing this comment from Hiroshima. I had read many comments from Trip Advisor before and after I booked my hotel rooms at Best Western Hotel Kansai Airport. Some comments were +ve but many were -ve. Among the -ve comments were, the hotel is very small & rundown, & Best […] Western Hotel Chain should not spoil their brand name by taking over the hotel building from the previous operator. Other -ve comments were mainly on the high noise level due to the location of the hotel is situated next to the railway tracks, staff are unable to speak english as well as the free shuttle bus does not operate whole day & etc. To be fair to Best Western Hotel Kansai Airport as well as to let other travellers make a correct decision, let me share with you all about our 1-night experience we had with the hotel. 1st of all, I had booked the hotel rooms with an extremely reasonable rate via internet (50% discount). Secondly, our flight landed at 9.05 pm and by the time we checked out with luggages, it was already 10.05 pm but the last free shuttle bus suppose to leave from Kansai Airport at 10 pm was waited for us without me informing the hotel about our time of arrival. The driver was friendly and helpful in carrying our luggages onto the shuttle bus (there were already few hotel guests came early & waited inside the shuttle bus). The hotel is located approximately 15 - 20 minutes slow drive from Kansai Airport. The shuttle bus only operate in the morning & evening but this is not an issue as all the free shuttle bus services provided by the hotels are operating in similiar timing as they could not affort to have a none-stop service due to high cost incurred. The hotel looks brand new and most importantly, very clean, tidy and comfortable (Japanese always keep things very clean & tidy). During check-in at the front counter, the staff were very polite, helpful as well as able to speak understandable english. 더 보기

Room is small as norm for Japanese hotels. Only 1 restaurant in Hotel which is so-so, therefore no choice if you arrive late in the day. Not much in surrounding area of hotel as it takes 20 minutes bus ride from Airport and Rinku-Town but shuttle service not operating whole day - no service after 10:00 am and before 6:00 pm. We stayed here for one night before our flight from Kansai International Airport. Best Western Hotel Kansai Airport is located closely to the subway station Hineno, so it's very easy to find your way to the hotel. The hotel itself is very clean and nice. Tiny room like all in Japan or Hongkong, but cosy & comfortable enough. Asian hotels provide toothbrush, comb, tea or coffee facilities unlike lousy European & American budget hotels where they charge for everything if they ever provide anything. This hotel is typica of Japan budget hotelsl. Convenient for short stay near KIX airport

The Best Western Hotel Kansai Airport is clean and comfortable although not overly lavish. I obtained a discount which was quite reasonable. the shuttle is excellent but only operates at certain times - check with the hotel. Otherwise catch the JR train 2 stops from Kansai to Hineno Station for 440Y, and it is literally 1 minute from the station - easy. […] There are a few restaurants nearby. I would like to recommend this hotels as the reasons below. 1. Close to Kansai Airport (20 min) 2. Free bus from/to Kansai Airport. 3. Close to two convenience stores. 4. Free internet access. 5. Reasonable price.

国際線に乗るため、深夜1時半にチェックインし、朝7時にチェックアウトするという、たった数時間の宿泊滞在でした。子供も一緒だった為、差額料金を支払い、高層階の広い部屋に宿泊できました。広々としており、ぐっすり眠れることができました。 チェックアウト後は、車をそのままホテルに駐車させることが出来ました。関空周辺の駐車場は異常に高いので、助かりました。ただ、帰国後に車に（盗難注意、車上荒らし注意）と警察から張り紙がされており、心配にもなり、びっくりしました。

浴場があったのでアトラクションになりました。楽しい気分を味わいました。 部屋は見た目はとても良かったですがすこしにおいが気になったのとベッドとデスクのスペースがきちきちかなと思われました。 無料のバスが空港まで出ていたのには、助かりました。こういうサービスは、本当にうれしいですね。 総合判定は　VERY　GOOD　です。

Nos dois computadores que o hotel oferece sempre haviam garotos jogando game e dificilmente estavam disponíveis. Penso que os computadores de hotéis são pra ler e enviar E mail e ler noticiários. E pra dificultar mais ainda não tem WI FI. Os recepcionistas não sabiam orientar os clientes quanto ao uso do telefone para fazer uma ligação para outra cidade. […] Isso é lamentável. 더 보기

ベストウェスタンホテル関西エアポート は関西空港からＪＲ1本の電車で、またシャトルバスも運行しており、とても便利なホテルです。今回関西空港付近のホテルをネットをで検索したら偶然にホテルドットコムのベストウェスタンホテル関西エアポートが出てきました。料金も安くて、サーベスまたは快適さもとてもよかったです。又機会があったら当ホテルに宿泊したいです。
