전반적으로 깔끔하고 괜찮은 편이에요~ 근처에 가이아 포구 외에는 없는 조금은 외진 지역이지만 저렴한 편인 가격 등을 고려하면 만족스러웠네요~

리스보아에서 걸어서 15분 정도의 거리에 위치해 있습니다. 가격이 저렴하고 주위 환경이 조용합니다. 프론트도 친절하고 바로옆 기아 요새가 있어서 산책하기는 좋구요. 단점은 언덕위에 있고 중심지와는 약간 떨어져 있어서 걸어다니기는 쉽지 않겠네요~ 대신 콜택시를 타고 다니면 왠만한 중심지는 기본요금으로 다닐 수 있어서 좋습니다. 객실 상태는 괜찮기는 한데 약간의 곰팡이 냄새랄가요? 예민하신 분들은 주의하시면 좋겠구요!

위치가 조금만 더 좋았더라면.. 가격이 확 올랐겠죠?ㅋ 가격대비 만족입니다. 바로 옆에 산책로를 따라가면 너무 이쁜 기아요새도 볼 수 있고 조금만 내려가면 편의점도 있어서 좋았지만 아무래도 오르막길이 부담되는건 사실이죠. 방도 좁고 셔틀도 한시간에 한대있는것이 오후4시면 끝나고. 친절함과 요구사항 처리는 정말 빠르고 훌륭했어요.

더블베드 룸을 이용했는데 깔끔하고 이용하는데 무리가 없었다. 마카오 3성급의 호텔은 영어 되는 곳이 반반이고, 2성급 호텔은 영어되는 곳이 없는데 기아 호텔은 영어도 잘 통하고 1층에 식당도 있으며, 주변에 편의점과 공원도 있고 무엇보다도 기아요새의 기아등대가 있어 경관도 좋다. 언덕을 내려오면 바로 리스보아 호텔이 있으며 세나도 광장까지의 접근성도 나쁘지 않다.

호텔 프론트 데스크 직원이 영어를 잘 구사하지 못하지만 협조적이었다. 레스토랑에서 아무도 영어를 하지 못한다. 인터넷을 하지 위한 와이파이 연결이 정말 형편없고 느리며 이메일을 체크하고 웹서핑을 하는데 상당히 좌절스러웠다. 이 호텔을 추천하지 않는다.

객실은 작은 편이며 가방들을 놓을 벤치가 없어 바닥에서 가방을 열어야 했다. 직원들은 예의바르고 영어를 충분히 한다. 아침식사로 중국음식만 제공함(어떤 종류의 딤섬. 어쨌든 딤섬이었음). 저녁식사는 그럭저럭 괜찮음. 근처에 버스 정류장이 있는 공원(Fort Guia) 옆에 호텔이 있어 위치가 좋음. 객실에 무료 생수가 없는 것에 대해 불평했음. 불평한 후에 생수를 제공해줬음. 좋은 가격으로 이용할 수 있다면 이곳을 추천할 의향이 있지만 중국이 그 때 성수기여서 우리는 바가지를 썼다. 우리가 지불했던 5성급 호텔 가격에는 확실히 가치가 없었음.

체크인을 하는게 너무 안좋지는 않았다. 언어장벽(영어)이 있어 약간 곤란했지만 더 안좋을 뻔 했다. 객실은 깨끗했지만 호텔은 괜찮았다. 침대가 작고 정말 정말 정말 딱딱했다. 바닥에서 자는 것 같이 느껴졌음. 안락함을 더 제공해 왔을지도 모르겠다!

Can opt out for the breakfast which comes with limited choice. The service staff in the restaurant is rude but the check-in counter staff is friendly. A stay which is an escape from the downtown but still have a quick access to it. Scenic view from my hotel room relaxes my mind that I enjoyed most.

The room is generally clean. The room also comes with a bath tub. When we returned, our room has already been tidied. The location of the hotel is on top of a hill, and returning at night can be quite tiring. The hotel has its own free shuttle, but the interval is 1hr.

We liked the location. Sometimes tough to get a taxi, but that seems to be the case almost everywhere in Macao. The view was very nice from the 5th floor. We liked being close to a large park. The hotel, at first glance, looks nice. But as soon as they open their mouths you just think "Oh no!" They do not speak English: they do not organise tours, the food leaves a lot to be desired........ But if you speak Cantonese, then this hotel is good value.

I thought there was going to breakfast but it was dimsum instead. There were no movie channels as advertised. The staff were great and very helpful. The free wifi is in the lobby. It was so hard to get a taxi driver who new where it was. The view was great and the room was clean.

For the price, in Macau, Guia is good value. It's on top of a hill, above the majority of casinos, only a short cab ride away (cabs are very cheap). The hotel also has a free shuttle which is available on demand if you ask nicely. The rooms were small but clean, and beds were firm which I like. The major drawback was that most staff didn't speak much […] english at all. The hotels and casinos seem to be split in Macau between those who specifically cater for westerners (with english speaking staff) and those who don't bother. On basement level 1 is a 'nightclub', which is essentially a pole dancing strip club/brothel, but doesn't impact on the hotel as such because it has separate access from a side street. I didn't try any food in the hotel, which is strictly Chinese. Macau was great but if you're taking the ferry from Kong Kong, prepare for a LONG wait in the immigration line at the Macau ferry terminal. I waited for 90 mins behind what seemed like 2000 people. エクスペディアの影響力で、部屋のグレードはそこそこにしてくれていましたが、利用上のサービス問題が多く、自分の知り合いには、断じて勧める気にはなりません。その理由は ①授業員の程度が悪すぎます←これが最大の理由です。フロントを含め、お客様サービスという意識がまるでない。フロントは就業中寝ていましたよ。 市内から少し離れて、静かなところだと期待していましたが、泊り客（特に中国人団体客）のマナーの悪さと、従業員のレベルの低さで全くの期待外れでした。 同じような人が出ないように、正直に今回の体験を書きます。 エクスペディアも取り扱わない方が良いと思います。 ②大幅な改装をしたというものの、水回りは依然悪く悪臭が残る。 タオルも相当使った古いもので、薄く質が悪い。（自宅でも使わないレベルで、「１００均 […] 」で売っているものよりも悪い） ③アメニティの質もどれもひどい←とても使えず、結局コンビニで別途買い替えました。万一利用されるのなら、自分で持って行かれることをお奨めします。 ④レストランの従業員のレベルは、見事なぐらい劣悪で、味もひどいのに値段は一人前←案内された入口傍の席は、ロビーと直結し、外気が頻繁に入って寒いから、席を変えてくれといってもここしかないと。 余りに寒いのできつく行ったら、奥に席がいくつも余っていて、ようやく変えた。 出てきた料理も、決して食べられたものではない。 中国人団体客の大声で、落ち着いて食事する雰囲気ではなかった。 ⑤部屋にセイフティボックスがない。←聞くとフロントに預けろと。出し入れする際、毎回こんな不愉快をするのならと、いつもパスポートは持ち歩きました。 一事が万事、通常のホテルとしての最低機能が欠けていますので、一部の方の例外を除き、一般の利用は避けられた方が賢明です。 더 보기

加了錢升級的豪華客房比朋友的普通房還要小一點=.= 景觀是幾好, 如果看賽車一流。wifi 接收得很差, 有等於冇。廁所的趟門不能完全關上。選這裡是因為鄰近工作的地方, 但一般遊客行上一段斜坡會很辛苦。

普段利用しているホテルの料金が軒並み高かったので、到着当日に１泊だけ利用。部屋はこじんまりながらも清潔で想像以上。ただ、wi-fi無料とあったが全く接続できず。その旨をフロントに伝えたところ、英語の話せないスタッフが来て、“wi-fi no good, sorry" とだけ笑いながら言って去って行った。この対応にはかなり不満。結局チェックアウトまでwi-fiは一切使えず。また、朝食付きのプランであったが、中華のみで自分にはきつかった。あと、場所に関しては、事前に丘の上と知っていたので特に問題なかったが、チェックアウト後のタクシーは本当になかなか来ない。
