침사추이역에서 조금 멀긴 하지만, 전반적으로 만족스러웠으며 새호텔이라 그런지 너무 깔끔한 객실과 훌륭한 서비스 그리고 멋진 수영장 및 부대시설까지! 음 중상급 호텔중에선 가히 최고라고 할수 있을것 같네요. 다음에도 또 오게되면 꼭 들르겠습니다

우선 홍콩을 처음 방문하시는 분들이라면 거리에 대한 걱정은 안하셔도 될 듯합니다. 호텔에 대한 얘기를 하자면 우선 홍콩 폴리텍대학과 연관이 되어 있는 호텔이라고 하더군요, 그래서 그런지 호텔에 학생들처럼 보이는 사람들도 많더군요. 우선 방과 시설은 지은지 얼마 안되었기 때문에 깨끗했습니다. 시설도 전반적으로 모던한 느낌이어서 좋았습니다. 다만, 서비스 안내 부분에 있어서는 중간정도의 점수만 주고 싶습니다. 호텔파티가 있다는 소식은 전혀 못들었는데 수영장 사용이 금지되고 아무런 통보도 못들은 채 좀 당황스런 상황이 연출 되었습니다. 그점 빼고는 괜찮았습니다. 방도 다른 여타 호텔에 비해서 큰 편이였고요, 추천은 하지만 서비스 […] 안내 부분은 개선해야할 부분으로 아쉬움이 남습니다. 더 보기

위치가 좀 멀어서 걱정했는데 버스가 자주 다녀서 전혀 문제 없이 다녔습니다! 저녁많이 먹은 날 침사추이 역에서 걸어갔는데 금방 가더군요!! 아이들과 같이 걸었는데 애들이 힘들어할정도도 아니었습니다~~ 너무 깨끗하고 좋았습니다!!

시간이날때면 홍콩을 자주방문하는편입니다.이번에는 심사숙고끝에 아이콘호텔을 선택했습니다. 여행에있어서 호텔은 아주 중요한부분이거든요..저에게는...그동안 포시즌.랭함.인터.등등 여러호텔에 숙박을해보았지만 가격대비 탁월한 선택이었습니다. 단지 수영장은 좀 기대이하이지만..또한 호텔 규모는 그리크지않습니다..하지만 룸컨디션은 어느호텔과 비교해도 손색이없을듯합니다. 호텔위치는 쇼핑을 다니기에는 차량으로 5분정도 이동해야하지만 셔틀버스가있어서 큰 불편함은 없었습니다... 다음에도 홍콩을 여행한다면 한번더 머물예정입니다.

We are very satisfied with this hotel.The rocation is not far from Timsa tusi . roomconditon is perfect. especially bedding~

침사추이역에서는 거리가 좀 있지만 흥함역을 이용하면 가까우니 그런것에 상관없으신 분들은 아주 좋을 것 같네요. 객실도 굉장히 깨끗했고 직원들 모두 친절했습니다. 단체관광객이 넘쳐서 복잡하거나 시끄럽지도 않았습니다. 모두들 가족단위의 여행객들이었습니다. 다시 이용하고 싶은 호텔입니다.

신축이라 아주 깨끗하고 편안해요... 직원들도 친절하고.. 거기에 2+1프로모션 이용해서 저렴한 가격에 좋은 호텔을 이용할수 있어서 좋았어요~ 침대도 아주 편하고 야외수영장도 좋았어요~ 다만 위치가 역에서 조금 먼편이라 셔틀 혹은 택시를 이용해야 하는 점이 조금 불편했어요..

호텔 위치는 좀 불편하지만... 전체적으로 서비시는 좋아지만 객실 청소는 정말 좋지 않았습니다. 그냥 타올만 새로 갈아주는건 말곤 기대를 안하는게 낫을듯 해요

I stayed at Hotel ICON during a stopover between Rome and Sydney. I really just needed a bed, some dinner and a shower but ICON exceeded all expectations. The staff were beyond helpful from check in to check out. The room was spotless and quiet. I especially loved the rain shower, the deep bathtub and the super comfy bed. Free wi fi and mini bar too! […] The view from the pool deck is amazing as was my meal at Green in the lobby. Check out time is 11am and as I was not due to fly out until 8pm my luggage was stowed while I went out to explore Kowloon. When I returned I was a given a pass to the Timeless lounge where I could shower, change relax and enjoy some snacks before cabbing it to the airport. Genius! 더 보기

Having stayed at the Landis Hotel in Taipei, I expected Icon to offer the same service quality or better. After checking in, no one bothered to show us to our room and introduce us to the facilites available. I booked a harbor view room for an increased price. Sure there was a view of the harbor, if you looked to the left side. Directly outside my window […] was the rooftop of the mall. The concierge was helpful. I had one meal at the lobby cafe. My mom ordered a chowder in bread bowl. The bread came out toasted with green mold!! How did they miss that?! Killed our appetites immediately! I've read comments comparing Icon to the Four Seasons. One of our travel companions stayed there and I had an opportunity to rest in her room during our long afternoons in Hong Kong island. This hotel does everything right. We stayed on the 25 floor with the best view. When you are jet lagged, the club floor is the answer and very worth the splurge. The breakfast, tea, and happy hour were very high quality and allowed you to eat something whenever your body clock rang. The hotel was overall a very nice hotel. The location was pretty good and was within walking distance to everything you can see in Kowloon. The staff was great!

Could not fault it. Have stayed in many hotels around the world and this would be up there with the best. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The lighting in the bathroom was too dim for women who want to apply makeup. Those wooden benches were extremely uncomfortable. They were there for people to look at not for seating.

This newish hotel in TST has been opened for around one year and has already made it to the number 1 spot in TripAdvisor's top 25 hotels in Asia - no mean feat considering the competition. Needless to say our expectations were high because if this and our experience in many other hotels we have experienced! Delighted to say they met and on occasion […] exceeded these effortlessly. Choose a club room/suite and the added benefits of free cocktail hours (x2) with hors d'ouvres every day, breakfast, afternoon tea and daily laundry allowance more than make up for the extra cost. A beautifully designed hotel with a nice vibe. Rooms with the harbour view is great but those with the city view come with a TV in the bathroom. A lot of care and thought went into designing the bathroom. The gym has high quality exercise machines although the pool is rather small for serious swimmers. The staff is courteous and helpful. Wonderful experience, service impeccable, personalized, immediate and of highest standard. I chose the hotel in part seduced by its beautiful modern design and location and I was delighted with the whole experience. Highly recommended.

I stayed 4 nights with my wife for holiday , the hotel area is nice , near to metro , near to British bars , very good personel , I also stayed in another hotel in Hong Kong before with the same price but this hotel much more better and worth it. I asked for late check out , they could not give a room but gave a health club entrance card where I took […] shower and some rest before my flight.The only negative point is , when I leave the hotel the reception asked for room keys which I do not like and did not gave the keys back to them , they should not make small calculations in a such Hotel. 더 보기

huge room compared to most HK hotels. Bathroom is almost half the room space. Brilliant space to hang out and lounge. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful hotel in a simply awesome setting. Where to begin--we were upgraded to a fantastic room facing the Gorge, the infinity pool, the lovely, helpful staff, the serenity of the surroundings. What's not to love? Lovely hotel, wonderful considerate staff. Food is a little expensive, but very good. Good, not great location, but close to the school and dorms (where our daughter is) so it was perfect for us. You don't get service like this in the states. Would stay again if I ever return to Hong Kong.

Stunningly good. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I can't think of enough superlatives. If I'm lucky enough to visit Hong Kong again, this is where I will stay.

This hotel is awesome. One of the best I've stayed at. Compares favorably to top of the line hotels in Kowloon and HK but at half the price. Lobby is really cool. Loved the green (plants) wall. An excellent hotel. Five Star at a reasonable rate. First Class staff and amenities. Well done all.

Impressed with furniture, layout. All new and nice. Clean. Good housekeeping. Free mini-bar! And wifi! Very stable connection too. Only drawback is that it is a distance from the main shopping area. We were quite happy that the shuttle bus (every 20 min) comes punctually. And it's easy to plan the day around the timings.

All the staff members are very helpfll and the rooms are well planned and spacious.

The first thing we did when we got to our room was rush open the curtains to check out the view (we chose to stay in Kowloon as to have a great view of Hong Kong). We weren't disappointed. Then we noticed what a great room it was - roomy, modern, clean; very comfortable bed. A big plus for me was the deep tub and the two-head shower. Thanks to jet-lag […] and overall excitement about being on vacation in Hong Kong, we were up really early and went up to the gym & pool on the 9th floor. The facilities are great, and you can enjoy some astounding harbor views while you swim or workout. The breakfast buffet is really stocked; everything you could possibly imagine for breakfast and then some. I like walking so the fact that it is a bit of a trek to the ferry & the subway didn't bother us, and since it was raining a lot, we discovered you can pretty much get anywhere in Kowloon by using the underground passages. I recommend the Icon if you want a view of Hong Kong, a bigger room than you get on the Island for the price, and the great gym & pool. 더 보기

Hotel ICON has a team of very helpful conceirges that are more than ready to assist its hotel guests on giving the right instructions to the taxi driver to their travel destinations.

Loved the Hotel Icon and loved the extremely high level of service. Great views, great room, great lounge and restaurant. Highly recommend!

I loved my stay and i will return soon... Location, design and comfurt are amazing. Not to mention how friendly the staff were...

Hotel Icon is a fabulous find. The place is tucked in a less crowded TST East. Going to the TST West is not a problem if one is familiar with the pedestrian subway to Nathan Road. However there is a free shuttle to TST West. Taxi is only about HK$20-23 one way. We had a room at the 19th floor. The harbor view was magnificent especially at night. This hotel is awesome. The location is just less than 2 mins walk from Hung Hom station and a very short walk to Tsim Sha Tsui - away from the crowdiness. Love the super fast free wifi, the open bar (I kid you not but it's only soft drinks though) and the design of the bathroom.
