우선 이곳은 고급 가구와 설비가 있는 최고급 호텔이다. 두번째로 음식이 훌륭하다. 세번째로 방문객들에게 매우 엄격하다; 그건 정말 성가심. 네번째로 위치가 술집들이나 접대소들이 없는 Station 1의 저 끝이고 세발자전거 비용이 Station 1에 있는 다른 호텔들이나 숙박시설들 보다 두배 더 비싸다. 하지만 근처에 해변이 있다.

이 호텔은 충분히 멋지지만 몇몇 주요 단점들을 갖고 있다. 우선 호텔이 해변가에 위치하지 않고 이곳에 오려면 침대가 없는 곳으로 우회해야 한다. 훨씬 더 안 좋은 점은 호텔에서 10미터 떨어진 곳에 공사장이 있어서 우리 객실 벽이 콘크리트 벽을 마주보고 있었다는 것이다. 그게 충분히 나쁘다고 생각치 않는다면, 양수기 시스템이 심한 소음을 만들어서 발코니에서 얘기를 하기 불가능했다는 점도 있다. 이점을 직원에게 말했지만 예약이 꽉찼고 호텔측에서는 그 문제들을 해결하지 않은 채 놔뒀다. 결론적으로 호텔의 다른쪽에 숙박한다면 초록이 보이지만 이 가격으로는 괜찮은 전망이나 해변, 평화로움을 가지고 있어야 한다.

정말 좋고, 모든 편리함을 다 가진 크고 현대적인 객실들이 있는 거의 새 호텔. 수영장 지역은 멋지고 직원들은 손님들을 기쁘게 해주려고 정말 열심히 노력했다. 약간 한적한 해변의 한 끝에 위치하지만 해변에 있는 Dmall에 걸어가거나 삼륜 오토바이를 짧게 탑승하고 가면 됨. 전반적으로 이곳을 추천할 의향이 있음.

I got most of the things that I asked for. A seaview room, a king sized bed, flatscreen tv with cable, a nice bathroom, and above all, a hotel with a good pool. The main thing that lacked in this place was good wifi access. Everybody had to go to the lobby just to get free internet. Such a big hassle, that really threw me off. The positives first. This hotel is very well located even if it is not directly on the beach. Also the staff are all very friendly and especially the staff in the restaurant / bar do we very well. Unfortunately their colleagues at the front desk are not nearly as professional or competent. My friends had a partial ocean view room, which rather than the ocean only offered a view directly into the new hotel being constructed about 1.5 meters away. These things are not minor nuisances as these are things that are promised and you then get annoyed that it is not delivered. I booked this hotel for my honeymoon, big mistake. On arriving, I requested for a sea view room and was instead given a room which overloooked a construction dump, despite having informed reception that we were on our honeymoon. Imagine returning after a day out!! After this happened about 10 times over 2 days, I asked for a change of rooms and was refused again!!! On the day we left Boracay, we wanted to book an airport drop off. Now my booking confirmation email specified a certain amount. On asking the front desk,they quoted a figure much higher. When I showed them the reservation email, the lady mumbled something about old rate and new rates. The only good thing I have to say about this hotel are the hotel boys.They are pleasant and helpful. Boracay is a lovely place, but this hotel can spoil the whole experience. For once I had discounted customer reviews while booking this hotel and it spoilt my honeymoon. If you are looking for a budget hotel experience, then this hotel will be suitable. But this hotel is needlessly on the expensive side. I have never had such terrible customer service anywhere else in the world,not even from budget hotels. If you want to be at the quiet end of the beach, this is a good location and you may get a competitive price from them. It is about 4 mins up the hill from the farthest end of White Beach. Quite expensive, far away from White Beach (you need a tricycle or the hotel bus), does not have its own beach area, hotel staff spoke very little English so difficult to communicate, dead cockroach found on floor when we checked in, airport transfer arranged by hotel 3 x normal price.

四人住宿四晚的兩房一廳房型, 主臥室還不錯. 另一個房間幾乎沒裝潢, 只有一個浴室稍嫌不便, 設計稍嫌不良, 沖澡會弄濕地板. 沒有盥洗用品. 房間裡並無wifi, 要另外付費. 只有大廳可以wifi速度很快.早餐不好選擇非常少. 接駁車到晚上十點來回dmall一小時一班. 走到s1海灘五分鐘, 但因為無私人海灘, 建議可以去附近別的飯店點杯飲料就能有躺椅( discovery跟fridays不允許). 一路走到s2 dmall約30分鐘.

位置在S1的最北，但是酒店步行到沙滩至少需要5分钟，我订酒店钱忽略了这个是重大失误。客房比较宽敞干净，舒适度还可以，但是不提供任何洗漱用具。服务态度不错，对你的需求都能够有回应，但是餐饮很简单，对这方面有要求的朋友尽量别在酒店里用餐。也许前两天住的Monaco suites太满意了，所以觉得Palms 性价比一般。

Долго выбирал отель на острове Боракай, в итоге остановился на этом. Отель превзашел все мои ожидания. Хороший дизай в этно-модерновом стиле, очень внимательный и дружелюбный персонал. Отличный ресторан при отеле. Просторные номера с удобной кроватью и просторной ванной комнатой. В номере всегда чисто, никаких лишних запахов и тд. Тихо и уютно. До пляжа […] идти две минуты. Пляж это отдельная история, здесь нет многочисленных назойлевых торговцев, нет шумной толпы как на D'mall, очень тихо и спокойно, сплошной релакс. Очень рекомендую этот пляж - Diniwing. Единственный минус, что мало лежаков и эти дежаки приходится делить с другими тремя соседними отелями. Если кому хочется отдыхать на центральном шумном пляже, то от отеля ходит бесплатный шатл. В общем очень рекомендую этот отель тем кто любит тихий спокойный и качесвенный отдых. Жили с невестой здесь 9 дней в конце октября, погода был отличная, море спокойное. 더 보기

The hotel is nice enough, but has some major drawbacks. First of, it's not on the beach and there is some detouring to get there, where there are no beds. Far worse is that there is construction site 10 meters away from the hotel, so that our room looked out on solid conrete wall. And if that wasn't bas enough, the waterpomping system made so much noise, […] is was impossible to have a conversation on the balcony. I reported this to de staff, but they were unable to change rooms, beceause it was fully booked and they left things at that.
