Actually , My wife is there for medical reasons at Fundacion Cardio Infantil and will say through May 11. She says that she is glad to be able to stay there rather then an apartment. She is being well taken care off. I thank the staff and people of the hotel

The hotel is about a year and a half old, so everything is nice and new and the service is great. The showers are wonderful. Convenient location next to a bunch of restaurants and right across the street from Unicentro mall.

You have to be a complete idiot not to stay at this hotel!!! There is no better in Bogota nor have I stayed in a better hotel in any other country. Get you head out of your bung-hole and stay here!!

This new hotel is an excellent choice, specially if one can remain in the North neighborhood (around Unicentro), otherwise it might be a little far (from example Zona T, Zona G and el Centro). Rooms and service are excellent and you get good value for the price.

Sonesta is part of the GHL group where Sheraton is. They had a pleasant and responsible attitude. Accustomed to international travellers. For example, there was a little dispute on early departure as we checked in at night. The clerk at checking in recommended to contact in the morning the reservation person, should we need to indeed leave one day early. […] The following morning the same clerk called himself to ask if we need to leave early - taking a proactive attitude. By that time we had decided we like the comfort and are going to stay the second night to enjoy it, though our lease of an apartment in the city had already started. International standard of service - that sums it up - from comfort, cleanliness and service (they commit to give you the dinner room service for free if it takes more than 30min, and the breakfast which is included. I also had a massage at the spa, 160,000COP, after the 20% guest discount and was pleased with their professionalism and effort to please. Windows - noise-proof! Very important in Bogota where traffic noise is not considered a bother. Great light. Elegant modern fixtures. The cactus plant on desk was a great, homey and healthy touch! Only two non-positive comments that didn't alter my recommendation of the hotel: - I didn't think they vacuum the carpeted floor - saw some hair that was definitely from before (I do exercises on a blanket on the floor mornings so I get to notice such things) - the bathroom was quite fancy - spacious showerroom and "rainforest" type showerhead - large. However, something may not have been calculated right with the shower water flow, so it easily came out on the bathroom floor so we put towels. Overall - great value for money. Next to Unicentro and an everyday animated business area of Bogota - you can feel the flow of life. 더 보기

Totally new hotel, with very modern and detailed arquitecture. Very friendly staff I recomend this hotel with no doubt.

enjoing, wonderful experience

Didn't know what to expect but was super pleasantly surprised by the modern and clean sonesta. It's well designed with friendly staff. The caveat is the neighborhood. It's in a pretty nice but new surburbanish area. I'd much rather stay around here than the historic center which is a dump. Cabs aren't expensive to wherever you want to go. brand new hotel, beautifull rooms, loby etc. but when going on a business trip, one of the more important things is the use of the internet, which is something that this hotel couldnt seem to fix, I stayed two days, the first day it keept going on and off the second day it just didnt work, the worst of all is that you have the front office telling you […] that they are going to send somebody up to your room to fix the problem, 3 times, and never showing up to do it. 더 보기

Excelente servicio, el personal es muy atento y servicial. Las instalaciones son de primera y su ubicacion tambien es de lo mejor. Cerca de un gran centro comercial y muy buenos restaurantes. En resumen una gran opcion para hospedarse en Bogota.

stylisches Hotel, in ein Einkaufszentrum integriert. Viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen. Gutes Frühstück und recht sichere Gegend.

Muy bueno, excelentes instalaciones, muy bien atendido, personal muy amable y educado Desayuno buenisimo. Ubicacion en sector norte en barrio bastante residencial con comercio cerca y aproximadamente a 30 minutos del centro historico en taxi.

Es un hotel recien inaugurado a principios del año 2011, el cual resultó excelente en todos los aspectos. Tiene una muy variada opciones de restaurantes y esta ubicado muy cerca del Centro Comercial Unicentro. Realmente lo recomiendo para opciones de turismo, negocios o cualquier otro fin.

Excelente opção em área nobre de Bogota!!
