The room was spacious, clean, comfortable bed, tiny bathroom, reasonable price, but somewhat out of the way and a bit hard to find. We arrived for our pre-paid stay at 6:30 pm, there was no one in the office; a note on the door gave a number to call. We were told someone would be there within five minutes. According to hotels.com information this site had 20 rooms, microwaves & refrigerators in every room, full baths, and wireless Internet. That is how I based my decision for this location as well as it's closeness to a ferry to Vermont. But there are only 9 units; there is only 1 microwave for the property; the full bath was a shower stall; and the room […] was too far away from the server to get Internet access (walking from room to office with laptop powered up eventually yielded a signal). The office is not 24 hour or even 11:00P or midnight. My late arrival (9:15P) required a phone call from an available property phone (no cell service) to a woman who came down in 10-15 minutes for check-in. The woman who checked in did not know anything about the ferry to Vermont, which as it turned out, was closed due to high waters of Lake Champlain. HOWEVER!!! The room had 2 queen beds and a sofa bed and was more than spacious enough to accommodate 6 people comfortably. The bathroom was spotless and the towels were some of the fluffiest around. The TV was cable and the picture was great. The carpeting appeared new and one didn't hesitate to walk barefoot on it. The beds were super comfortable with fresh quilts and plenty of blankets to stave off the night mountain air. The heat came up super fast and warmed the chill in the room quickly. It was a late arrival/early departure and not much could be seen of the property in the dark/dawn but the rooms are on a lake and there are picnic tables and (I think) a dock. The Inn's web site driving directions were spot on. It is important that Hotels.com amend the details of this location so that expectations are met upon arrival. I rated this location a 5. Keep in mind it is a small location in the middle of the Adirondack Park. All in all it was a nice place and I would book again...taking care to request the microwave and a room closer to the Internet server! :D 더 보기

Personne sur place à notre arrivée. Nous avons dû téléphoner pour pouvoir effectuer notre enregistrement 20 minutes plus tard (après un long trajet en voiture). Votre annonce stipulait que chaque chambre était équipée d'un four micro-ondes, d'un réfrigérateur et d'un sèche-cheveux, lesquels étaient tous absents dans la chambre. La personne responsable […] nous a tout de même un peu accommodés en nous fournissant de la glace et un peu de vaisselle. Notez que le restaurant et le bar étaient fermés pour la saison. Fait intrigant, la personne ne semblait pas surprise de notre déception. Elle nous avoua même que certaines personnes ont réservé en croyant que le déjeuner était inclus... 더 보기
