Clean, quiet & affoirdable

Booked online, sight unseen. Pleasantly supprised. Room was clean, everything worked fine, bed comfortable and the manageress was helpful, polite and friendly. Next time I'm in Phoenix I'll stay there again.

The double bed room was large for my family of four and was very clean. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The staff was very friendly and very accomodating. For the rate we paid, this inn was extremely reasonable, and we would stay here again.

Very Basic but clean and quiet - grounds were just upgraded

This Hotel/Motel might have been okay in the '50's as that appeared to be the vintage. Apparently new owners have taken it over and are attempting to upgrade. Obviously they have put money into cleaning up and making the grounds prettier. Granite counters in the kitchen and bathroom areas cannot make up for the lack of at least a coffee maker and coffee […] in the rooms(I was told that I could go out and buy a coffee maker for about $10.00 if it was that important - there weren't any cups or other dishes although there was a microwave and a fridge), nor can it make up for the lack of a place to hang clothing in the second room we were in. The first room was unacceptable with dirty floors and scalding hot water in the shower and the toilet plugged up - the plunger was totally useless. I left a note for the owners to outline my concerns so I have no idea if they have taken the suggestions to heart. This was America's WORST Value Inn of the 3 that we stayed in at approximately the same price during our travels in Arizona. I think the owners are trying to do the right thing but they also need to focus on trained cleaners and ammenities not just cosmetics. 더 보기

We were not happy with this hotel at all. They say they have WiFi but, that is only if your room is close to the office. This is also the first hotel that we have been to that doesn't have a ice machine.

The hotel was in a convenient locationi for us. We did not expect much as the price was very reasonable. The front desk person was pleasant. Our room was clean and large. It was just a basic 1 bed room but there was a refrigerator, microwave, extra sink, table and chairs. Large bathrrom and very clean as well. Quiet at night.

The motel was very nice and clean the room was even cooled off before we got there . We would recomend this motel to all our friends and family , it is conveinient , clean and the rates are great.
