we loved your hotel it has a very high standard. We would recommend the complex to any one thank you for having us the service was tops.

Firstly our transfer to collect us from the Airport was 1 hour and a half late. I had confirmed this transfer twice writen and once verbally before arrival. We had to contact them a 4th time from the Airport reception desk to reconfirm whereby they said they would be 10 mins but were actually 30mins. They did not seem very apologetic. Resort is a 10min […] drive from Airport which was handy. 5 mins away from Nadi town. (Note: Ed's Bar opposite the Mercure is great) Entire resort is a bit cheap and tacky but but who cares if you wanna save money. Rooms are old and very basic. The Aircon in our room was struggling a bit. One of our beds was so old you could feel the base beneath the mattress which was the biggest disapointment. We were only given 2 towels upon arrival yet 3 of us checked in. Outside pool area is good, not flash but in a reasonable condition. Bar was a bit pricey but the meals we had Fish, Stir Fry and Lamb chops were really tasty and were cheap too. Internet was really really slow. Frogs during nightfall are staunch! Highlight were the staff (besides the transfer situation) they were very accomodating and polite. Jo a staff member there, was a great help scaring away frogs for us, letting us in the gate in the early hours of the morning, getting us mixes and calling us a safe taxi. Thank Jo you were the best! Not too bad but stayed in older section and no hot water for last 2 days which was probably caused by tropical rain effecting solar heating. New section looks fabulous but meal service would still be a little slow. Good value for price we paid.

First and foremost the staff were really friendly and did try and answer questions etc., but this was just not what we came to expect of Fiji. You should not be coming here expecting a "Resort" nothing is around the airport or this hotel, it is a glorified backpackers with a pool. -The Property: 3 of 5 It was average, the bar has internet stations […] set up so you can't really sit at the bar and enjoy yourself there. The pool looked clean, nothing fancy, but nice, would have been nicer if there were more colourful plants surrounding it giving it a more aestically pleasing look. The outdoor dining area was ok, plastic looking table clothes, but looked clean. The outdoor lounge with the pool table actually looked rather inviting. The check-in/tourist information area looked cheap and cramped, could be spruced up wtih some lighter colours, again it seemed backpackerish. -The Rooms: 1.5 of 5 (Deluxe Poolside with A/C) We first entered the room and we noticed that the paint around the door etc., was dirty and aged, the same could be said when entering the room, which automatically gives you a negative feeling. The 2 beds we had 1 twin/1 double were clean, though the pillows under the cases were disgusting looking. The twin bed springs could be felt. Towels, in the deluxe room there are 2, in a standard there is 1. If you would like an extra towel they charge F$8 according to their paper hotel information sheet. The bathroom was clean, the shower pressure and hot water were exceptional, came with 2 packages of bar soap, 1 at the sink, 1 in the shower. The TV was small, but you're probably not there to watch TV anyway, that said there were only 4 or 5 channels, but Rugby did come through on Channel 12. There was a fridge and 2 cups and the A/C did work, along with the fan and all the lights. -Food offerings: 2 of 5 Variety of food was not great, you can tell it was an Indian owned hotel as most of the offerings were Curry. -Breakfast: 2 of 5 It was a standard 더 보기

Very convenient place to stay with friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was a problem and all went as planned at a very cheap price. Being close and convenient to the airport does mean airplanes are taking off and landing near but not loud enough to bother our stay.

The hotel room is quite basic the dorm is actually really nice. But the staff is so nice and helpful that I would recommend to everyone to go! Use the free airport transfer with Roger, he is the funniest Fijian that I have meet!

Highly recommended! Very comfortable rooms and the is worth what you get!!! My daughter and I had a wonderful stay here the hotel. Very nice Personel in particular "Roger" who made us feel at home and took us to several places and showed us around. We will definitely come back!!!!!

I booked Wailoaloa based on several Trip Advisor reviews and I am happy that I did. They offered free pickup and drop off at Nadi International airport which is only about 10 minutes away. The service was amazing. Everyone went out of the way to do anything asked of them. The staff helped guests with travel arrangements (for tours and even transportation […] to other islands, alternative planning when original plans made elsewhere fell through). Free breakfast in the morning consisted of porridge or cereal, scrambled or fried egg, toast, fresh delicious papaya, coffee or tea. Sunday was a breakfast buffet with same items. There is a bar with a few snacks and a some beverage choices open in the evening and full restaurant menu, mainly stir fry and curry dishes along with some fish & chips and wraps. Wifi is available in the main building (where check-in area and bar are and in the very large covered patio area with lots of little tables/chairs and a few comfortable couches. One of the evenings, when a lot of guest were in, they offered a traditional Kava ceremony (interesting cultural experience). Overall it is one of the largest properties in the area. I had a private air conditioned room and it was worth it (as it was very humid outside. room was actually pretty large, clean and comfortable, though the bed had some kind of rubber lining under the sheets which made it hotter to sleep (did not ask to rectify it, just put a blanket under the sheet). There is a large outdoor pool in the middle of the resort. Location wise is the only slight disappointment. The resort is not on the beach. You can walk about 3/4 of a mile to one, but not to what one would think of as a great Fiji beach. Those are a good 45 minutes away. The resort is also near THE runway of the International airport, but in reality all resorts that are within 15 minutes of airport are near it. We had a good four night stay at the Wailoaloa Beach Resort. The hotel is near the Airport and is perfectly suited for overnight stops after arrival or departuring flights.There is a beach near the resort but it´s nothing compared to the beaches on the islands of Fiji.The pool at the hotel is ok and our children liked to cool off after a hot day on […] the beach. Pool opening should be earlier than 11 am. Our room was clean and the complimentary breakfast was a bonus. The manager and the personel at the hotel was very friendly and keen on helping us if we had any problem.. Airport transfer can be arranged with the hotel. 더 보기

酒店内的环境还是很漂亮的,象个大花园.房间设施比较简陋,不过对于过渡住宿的游客来说,性价比还是很高的.酒店内没有牙刷牙膏等用品,需要自己准备.可以去超市配齐所有基本需要的东西,那里离机场和纳迪市区都很近,打的8-10个斐济币就足够了.还是比较推荐的.

Trevlig stämning, men mycket enkelt och eftersatt. En natt är OK. Det ligger nära flygplatsen, men inte vid beachen, som namnet antyder. Backpackerställe.

Ich ware mit dem Kompfort und Personal mehr als zufrieden. Es waren wunderschöne und angenehme Tage dort. Die lage ist nicht Perfekt jedoch ist ein Taxi sehr kostengünstig und bringt einem zu jedem beliebten Ort. Das kostenlose Frühstück war jeden Morgen ein guter Start in den Tag. Freies internet und nettes Personal hat das planen von Tagesausflügen […] leicht gemacht. Und durch den kostenlosen Shuttle zum Airport wurde einem viel last abgenommen. Ich werde auf jeden fall wieder meinen Urlaub im Waliloulou beach resort verbringen, wenn mich meine Wege zurück auf die Fiji's bringen! Hotellet er billig, grei beliggenhet og de som jobber der er utrolig hjempsomme med alt. De hjalp oss å booke hele ferien og kjørte oss gratis til og fra alle avtaler.

Vi bodde sammanlagt ca 14 nätter på Wailoaloa hotel och vi trivdes jättebra. Vi hade bokat ett standardrum men dessa var upptagna när vi kom dit så vi blev uppgraderade till ett deluxerum helt utan kostnad under hela vistelsen. Rummen är rena och rymliga och med tanke på priset helt okej. Läget på hotellet är bra om man vill ta sig ut till öarna, endast […] 10 minuters promenad till där båtarna avgår. Hotellpersonalen är väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig och det hjälper gärna till att boka vistelser på öarna (till ett mycket bättre pris än övriga arrangörer) Vi rekommenderar verkligen detta hotell och man kan tänka sig lite enklare boende med mycket bra service. 더 보기
