갤럭시 마카오 (Galaxy Macau) - 코타이

12시경에 호텔에 도착하니 별도의 체크인 데스크에서 체크인이 가능하더군요. 단, 키는 주지 않습니다. 오후 3시경에 받으러 오라고 하더군요. 정말 딱 오후 3시에 줍니다. 호텔 식당가에 먹을것도 마땅치 않습니다. 일찍 도착하시는분들은 시간 계획을 잘세우셔서 가셔야 할것 같습니다.

The galaxy hotel is fit for the las Vegas strip and in my opinion better than most! We had fab rooms and one with a Pool view. Large bright airey rooms with a free mini bar (unless you request refills). Fabulous pool and beach area. Only issue we had was checking in at the VIP area as the normal check in was full and were met with a non English speaking […] check in desk attendant who had to ask her colleague to translate what we were asking the whole time, very unusual in such a multicultural city. The bell boys spoke much better English and weren't rude at all! Couldn't fault Anything else! Would stay there again 100%. The free buses to most destinations in Macau were great too! 더 보기

Nice, clean good for family vacation

Galaxy Macau I can say that everythings are all very good the cleaniest the quality of all, the room are cosy especially quality of the bed, bedsheet and pillow soft and smooth. design are good, I really enjoyed and did really slept well ! I will be back again very soon and will stay again in Galaxy Macau.

The only hotel in Macau that has free wifi with no extra charges! Not only that, the service is superb! They have a lot of activities for kids like boat-paddling, towel origami, tshirt painting, balloon twisting, caricature for guests.. The staffs are very friendly and appears to be enjoying their jobs too.. Would love to come back again!

Check in was very smooth but when we went up to our room, the room didn't have the two queen sized beds that we had booked. Upon complaint, they upgraded us to suites which were absolutely gorgeous. Galaxy hotel is flashy from the outside but not so flashy from the inside. The room is just so so, not as what we had expected after we looked at the hotel from outside.

the hotel staff at the reception wasn't well-trained. I tried to check-in at around 6pm (there wasn't any line ups, just a few ppl there). I provided the booking number, the staff checked very quickly and just simply told me there wasn't such booking. I told her I booked the room through hotels.com, she checked again very quickly and confirms she couldn't […] find that booking, I was like "can you check again pls?" she answered "record shows you did not make a booking". and stopped. well, she did not ask for my ID or any other stuff that can help find the booking. I passed her my credit card immediately, she said she couldn't search by credit card. i then asker her: what to do. She just standed there similing and reconfirming that i did not make any booking, still not offering any assistance or solution! I then gave her my ID card, she said she couldn't find any booking under my name ont he ID card. We were both very calm cause i knew my booking must be there somewhere, it wasn't my first time booking hotels online. what I want to say is, the staff is not properly trained, it's just a like i pass her something, she rejects, no options, no offer. Even a machine would suggest: can you show me your ID? or ask: Did you book by another name? etc... basicaly, we were just looking at each other. i was the one trying to think of someway for the staff to pull out my record. i suddenly think of asking her to search by my middle name-last name, then tried first name-last name, then by last name-first name. and all of a sudden, she said : I found your booking. (very clam, as if no emotion). then i asked her why she couldn't serach by booking number. she said the booking number wasn't uploaded. well... the staff was totally not up to service standard. 더 보기

Good price (for Cotai.) Modern room, seemed a bit smaller than Venetian. Had a very good meal in the Italian restaurant in the hotel. "mini-bar" of 4 soft drinks, 2 beers, chips and noodles, coffee and tea is gratis (for the first round.) Didn't get a chance to check out the shops but pool and workout facilities looked good. this property opened in may 2011, it also includes Banyon Tree and Okura luxury hotels. The service, grounds, wave pool, restaurants were great. I would stay here again in a second. it's a bit on the expensive side, but worth it. We left an iPhone in the room and couldnt have it sent to us in mainland China. They helped arrange to ship it to a colleague […] in Hong Kong who will forward it to the US for us. They really went out of their way to help. I can't wait to go back. 더 보기

Great experience. Felt like I was in Vegas. Free shuttle service to town, hotels, ferry, or airport makes it even better

The room was quite dirty with small insects and the cups were dirty also. The check in queue was long. Many people took cigarettes even it's non smoking area. Many people were in the shuttle bus when we arrive at the pier and we couldn't get on even there were only 10 people before us.

Poorly managed front desk operation. Waited more than 3 hrs to get the room key. Feedback : registration to check in the room must not queue twice to get the room keys. More staff should be deployed during 12 pm to 3pm where most guests are eagerly to check into their room. 泳池是不能錯過!消費很方便也很大眾化!

酒店前台的服务员小姐看人的眼神让人很不舒服，从头到脚看你是否全身名牌。入住当天前台小姐的态度绝对有戴有色眼镜。酒店新开已觉得旧，维护不好。赌场内的餐厅出品也不好！ 总之以后不会再住了。

check-in時間等幾耐下, 櫃台員工不是太有禮貌。 酒店房大致上係滿意的, 但request左既兩張大床都做唔到, 同埋分配既房係樓層既最遠處, 唔係太方便。

我於2012年3月11日入住Galaxy Macau，酒店的前台和禮賓部的同事都樂於助人，講解詳細。值得一讚的是酒店服務貼心，酒店房中準備了小量礦泉水、气水、薯片、杯面供客人免費使用。而且，酒店所在的銀河城，里面的美食多元化，又美味。 於酒店登記入住時因找不我姓名的入住記錄，而擔敵超過半小時，經复查，酒店解釋是由於訂房中心給的姓名資料與我身份證上的資料不符。所以希望訂房中心做事要小心仔細，避免令顧客無辜等候。 另外，我選擇了2張特大單人床，但取房參觀後，却發現與訂房網頁中給的數據不符，只是一般的單人床，我是為了特大雙人床才預訂Galaxy Macau, 如果只是一般的單人床，我會選擇同集團，但房間大一點、價格便宜一點的大倉酒店。

家族連れにも楽しめるように作られたラスベガス・タイプのホテル。新しいのでホテルも快適、カジノのマシーン類も最新型。ガラス張りの浴室もいいが、細かい施工はやはり中国。 周りは工事中だらけだが全て完成した時が楽しみ。

いいところ：色々な施設が充実しているうえに、近隣にコンセプトが異なった施設が充実したベネチアンもあり、これだけで結構遊べます。 ホテルのバスターミナルからは、無料連絡バスが多方面に出ていて本数も多く、どこに行くにも帰ってくるにも不便は感じません。 悪いところ：私が泊まったときには、ＷＩＦＩが繋がらない、カジノのスロットマシンの通信トラブルで、バウチャーで別のマシンで遊べないなど、コンピュータートラブルを数日起こしていて不便でした。 また、７階の低層階の部屋でしたが、部屋の中に結構な数もアリが侵入していました。 ただこれはいつものことではないと思います。

酒店巨大,所以check-in等了很久.房间被搞错了.等了快1个小时才最后check-in. 不过作为补偿,给了一个suite.房间设施很好.

・スタッフのサービス ・宿泊者のモラル、マナー ・トランスポートインフラ 非常に満足のいくホテルでした。 周辺にも地元の方々が利用するレストラン、商店があり エキゾチックでした。 次回も利用したいです。

○：新しくきれいで快適。７Ｆに宿泊したがバルコニーがあって外に出ることができた。エアコン効きすぎで冷えて乾燥した空気の入れ替えにも役立った。なおエアコンはＯＦＦも可能でした。 部屋のスリッパはなお（？）のついたタイプでは裸足でないとはきづらいかも。 部屋に灰皿がないとフロントに電話するとすぐ持ってきてくれて好印象。 キャンペーン中なのか冷蔵庫の飲み物とインターネット接続は無料だった。カジノとショッピングモールには部屋から外に出ないで直行できる。 △：バストイレの仕切りはガラス張りなので一人旅でない場合はご注意を。部屋が広く感じるので個人的にはＯＫですが。 Ｘ：チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってくれるベルサービスからシャトルバス乗り場まで結構歩く（十分くらい）、途中に緩やかな傾斜のある橋を渡 […] らなければならず、スーツケースを運ぶのに苦労した。（これはオークラとバンヤンも同じはず） まとめ：ギャラクシーに行きたい人にはお勧めだが、私が今度コタイに泊まるならハイアットかなあ。 더 보기

Pros: 1. Nice place for vacation, having wonderful swimming pools and Casino 2. Shuttle bus (10-15min) to almost every major tourist spot. Cons: 1. Long time waiting for Check In around 3:00pm 2. The swiming pool is close to the Shuttle bus station, so sometimes there is bad smell of tail gas around the swimming pool.

Pro: -It is a nice hotel with excellent facilities and location. - We have fun at the artificial beach -The staffs are all polite - The hotel buffet is really good; variety kind of food with economic price; Con: -As it is new open from May 2011, many facilities are still building or under maintainance. - We booked a non-smoking twin room with one bed; […] but only twin room with two beds at smoking area available -the light swith is dirty and the pencil is blunt, others are fine 더 보기
