I have stayed in hotels all over the world and I must say the Fairfield did a wonderful job at making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Parking is not convenient. No easily accessible elevator access for a 5 story parking garage. Nice service staff, very clean, most convenient to downtown Wichita. Great hotel except for parking.

liked the breakfast and had a good atmosphere-room was nice and hope to enjoy the fire pit outdoors next time.

Brand new hotel in downtown Wichita. Good location for business or pleasure. Weird parking deck and you must go outside to get from parking deck to hotel. Good breakfast. Good value. would stay again.

When I found out that Hotels.com had booked me at a different hotel than I thought I was booking with, I was concerned about some of the reviews of this Hotel. But I must say I was pleasantly please with our stay. The Hotel and room was very nice, and clean, the personal were very helpful and friendly. The parking is a little different then most Hotels, […] but not so bad. The dinning area was very comfortable even though we shared it with an out of town Track Team. A good choice for breakfast, with two very nice and helpful ladies restocking things as they were being used. But the thing that has impressed me most is, when I called the Hotel to tell them I had left an important item in the room it had not only had been turned in, but they are sending it to me free of charge! It was a bit ridiculous to walk 2 miles just to get into the hotel. No private parking, lady at front desk had no recommendation where to eat, best parking she told us was 6 stories high! Room was small, asked for a good view, which didn't happen. We stared at the parking garage. Lounge was very nice, bartender was very pleasant. Will not go back nor […] recommend it. 더 보기

Staff was friendly. I like the shuttle service. Did have a bad experience: Loud talking laughing etc at 7 AM, talked to front desk who knew where it came from. They said they addressed it, but it happened again the next morning. I did not bring it up again as the front desk should have been paying attention to it. Not sure if I would recommend the hotel […] again. The nose was from a group of people who got in from work at 6:30 AM and sat out at the fire pit and partied. Other people in our trip heard the noise too. We have to come many times a year now to Wichita for business, we will take the whole experience in account. 더 보기

The room was nice and clean but a little small for the price, we were on the 1st flr and could hear everything inside and outside the hotel (right next to HWY 54/ Kellogg). Good location if you are working downtown, right next to goWichita for visitors working and wanting to play a little while in town. NOT the vacation spot or relaxing spa type of […] hotel. The grounds were nice and the continential breakfast was simple but also perfect for business travelers. I would stay here again but ONLY for business in downtown Wichita. 더 보기

it was a great hotel in the newly transformed area. Only thing bad was that there beer and wine prices were a bit over the top. Definitely would stay there again.
