spring break 시즌이라 무척 많은 사람들이 투숙을 한 것 같았음. 아침 식사 시간에 긴 줄과 부족한 테이블이 다소 만족스럽지 못 했지만, 알라모, 리버워크에 바로 인접해 있어 무척 편안한 관광을 할 수 있었음. 전체적으로 만족스러웠음.

최고의 호텔이라고 생각합니다. 여행을 하면서 단한번도 가격대비 만족한 호텔을 찾지 못했는데 이 호텔은 정말 가격대비 대만족입니다. 쾌적한 시설과 호텔리어들의 서비스가 마치 가족에게 하는 듯한 친근한 호텔입니다. 영어를 잘 못하지만 이들은 내가 준비될 수 있도록 기다려주곤 했죠^^ 또 오고 싶네요.

"Honor to their name, easily a second home."
Friendly staff, great accomodations. No hidden fees. Valet parking fee could be considered high for an extended stay, but service was great. No problems to connect to the internet. Enjoyed indoor pool. Did not use kitchen, but was very well equipped. Got 2 minutes before the breakfast closing and still got a very friendly face from staff. They even […] warned if anything else was needed before closing (GREAT). Went to Majestic Theater and used the intermission to get something from the room (GREAT). Juice, water, coffee, tea, and apples 24hr included (GREAT). Overall would definitely recommend the experience. 더 보기

"Best Bed Ever!"
Literally if I could give the bed more than a 5 I would. I don't know why I loved it so much, may have been the sheets, but I definitely slept in more than I meant to! The hotel itself was great. A block and a half (tiny blocks though) from the Riverwalk and my husband and I were able to walk to the Alamo in less than 5 minutes. The staff were friendly […] and our room was very clean and spacious, everything looked really new. Only complaint was the breakfast wasn't as great as they made it seem on the website but there's an amazing bagel place right next door anyway. I did eat the free breakfast though, because it's free! So I really shouldn't complain, free is good with me! If I go back to San Antonio I will definitely stay at the Home2Suites again! 더 보기

We had a couple of problems with our reservation BUT the hotel took care of us. Nice!
"Birthday get-a-way!"
My husband and I would highly recommend the hotel! Customer service was great! Room/bed was very comfortable. Indoor pool is quite small and we were not completely satisfied with the breakfast; however, we would most likely stay here again! Nice place and close to all the attractions in downtown.

The only 2 negative things were (1) although hotel thermostat read 68 - it was hot! and you could not make any changes. Totally unacceptable to me! (2) I don't think they really clean the dishes properly in between customers...they do have a dishwasher so I would wash everything the minute I got there to confirm they were clean. "Perfect location and lots of space!"
Spontaneous trip with the family. Children are studying about the Alamo, so why not show them in person! No complaints at all...except for the bathtub. Apparently, newly remodeled and looked like they painted/refinished the tub...and it was not done properly. Giving my little girl a bubble bath, and when she dipped her head under water and came up, […] lots of paint chips all in her head. Took her out and she had them all over her body. Talked to manager and he was super nice and was going to check on all of the tubs...not just ours...and have it fixed immediately. Will go back again! 더 보기

I spend some time by reading the reviews before I booked the room. Even though, we have naver had a chance to try any breakfast ( too early ), everything else was great. Room itself: comfortable bed, soft pillows, view from the room, indoor pool. We went to the GYM, it's small, but functional. Hotel location is absolutelly perfect, close to every thing. […] We definitelly wanted to come back again on February 24-25th for my son's gratuation from Air Force basics, but rooms are already has been sold out, and prices jumped up (we staied here for our anniversary December 30-January 1st). We had a really great time and were looking forward to come back, too sad it's not going to happen now, but maybe next time..... 더 보기

"location location location"
Hotel was immaculate, room was huge, the staff was friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. Hop skip and a jump from the riverwalk, the Alamo and lots of other attractions. I highly recommend the majectic theatre like ten steps away. We saw Stomp and the theatre was gorgeous.
