푸라마 부킷 빈탕 (Furama Bukit Bintang) - 콸라룸푸르

엄마와 두자매가 함께 묵었구요.. 호텔이 깨끗하며, 식사두 맛있고, 특히 빵^^ 너무 맛있어요! 전반적인 후기는 완젼 만족입니다. 위치도 타임스퀘어 뒤라서, 중심가와 가깝구 백화점,쇼핑몰과 걸어서 10분~15분의 거리입니다. 한국분들 예약하실때 주의점, 호텔에 체크인할때 식사가 불포함으로 호텔측에 전달이 되어있었어요..우리말구 다른 예약자도..(그러니 예약시 화면을 캡쳐받아가시는게 좋을듯, 꼭 해가세요!!저희 하마터면 식사비 낼뻔했습니다. )

시내 주요명소와 매우 가까우나, 호텔의 서비스적인 측면에서 아쉬움이 있음. 첫날 숙박을 하고 관광을 마친상태에서 호텔방에 들어왔을 때 방청소가 되어 있지 않아 매우 당황스러운 경험을 하였다. 또한, 관광을 함에 있어서 씨티투어 버스와의 연계성에 있어서도 좋지 않았으나, 모노레일 역이 가까이 있어 이를 이용하여 호텔에서 센트럴로 이동 후 움직이기에는 좋았음. 전반적으로 가격 대비 만족스러운 수준이라고 생각됨.

지난 11월 12일 체크인 하여 어머니와 1박 하였습니다. 조식포함한 예약이었음에도 식사 중 총 3번의 확인요청을 받았습니다. 아무 의심 없이 단순 착오이려니 생각하였는데, 결국 저는 재확인을 요청, 식당 직원은 불포함이라는 답변.. 이렇게 실랑이를 벌이다 결국 어머니와 저는 아침식사를 먹는 둥 마는 둥 마치고 일어서며 확인이 되었는지 물어보았으나, 마치 큰 호의라도 베푸는 양 페이하지 않아도 된다고 하는 답변을 받았습니다. 아침식사를 망쳐버리고 언성높여 기분마져 상하게 될 것 같아 따지기를 그만두었으나 또 다른 피해자가 생기지 않기를 바라는 마음에서 후기를 남깁니다.

This is my 2nd stay here but I doubt if I would return again.As u can see from my review they score 3's in every area.EXcept in Customer service.This I would say ranks foremost of all categories.It relates to one incident.I happen to travel with a 20 yr old handicap boy who is wheelchair bound. I enjoyed it from the staff to the food. but like everyone else says the ally way in front of the hotel that takes you to the shops is horrible very smelly an extra 10 mins to walk around it is better

We have just stayed at the Furama in April 12. We decided to book the Executive Club room for 5 Nights, When we got there we were taking to the 25floor which was also the level our room was on. the Staff were very friendly. We found the hotel very clean and comfortable. the executive room was lovely as we enjoyed our 2hour of having cocktails and nibbles […] each night for 2hours. Will stay this hotel again for next visit to K.L.

We stayed here 5 nights and enjoyed our stay. The immediate surrounding streets were under roadworks which made the area noisy and dirty. Once past that the burjaya times square is very nice and short walk to lots of shops, cafes, etc. Hotel very clean and staff friendly. The hotel is very nice with competent and friendly staff. The location is good. It's located about a five minute walk from Times Square and about ten minutes from Jalan Alor, where you can get some pretty fresh and tasty seafood. The rooms are really spacious and clean. Overall very good hotel and would recommend.

Gym is good, quite well equipped. Pool is too small. Only have one pool so you wouldn't enjoy the pool as kids playing around in the same pool. Breakfast is ok but very crowded got to wait for seats. Location wise is ok, short distance to chinatown by cab and 10 mins walk to Times Square. 15-20mins walk to Bukit Bintang.

I know a fair bit about construction of major buildings and this hotel was not built properly. It looks like they rushed through it. Still plaster all over the doors in the washroom. I got food poisoning off a suggestion of one of the bell hops.

Hotel staff very helpful, room very clean and comfortable. Well Done...

7 minutes to famous Bukit Bintang street, lots of shooping and eating opportunities around, relatively new hotel but could be better maintained, good breakfast with lots of different options, free LAN internet and parking, all in all nice stay.

It's cosy and the view was nice. Hotel staff was quite polite but asking for room service was not very efficient.

The hotel is great-No complaints. However the area around the hotel is really trashy and not upto the standards of the hotel inside.

Large but impersonal room. Smelled of smoke and was quite dusty. Pool so, so, very few loungers. I liked the doings of sending newspaper to the room so that I can read it before I leave room. I also surprised to have assigned a suite rather than a normal double bed room. It's so grand. Wonderful. It needs a few minutes walk to the nearby hot points. Finally, the free car parking service is excellent.

I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and it is just great. Clean, well maintained, freandly staff and price is reasonable. I am here in KL on work so I been staying in many hotels and I can say that this one by far is the best and I would recomend it and stay here again.

The hotel is located near major restuarant and shopping centre. Walking distance to all ammmenities.

A modern hotel with all the perks you would expect from a four star hotel. Nice pool, good buffet breakfast. A five minute walk to Times Square shopping but an awkward walk because of construction. We were upgraded to a suite perhaps because we were staying 6 nights. Definitely recommend this hotel as good value for the price.

Stayed at this hotel on two separate occassions and the drop in standard has happened over a short period. While the first stay was wonderful, the second was a big let down. The room was not adequately replenished with the disposable items and other expected items like bath robes were missing.

It rhas been renovated for just a few months. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are polite. It is situated near Imbis light rail station. Opposite the hotel is the busiest shopping area where a lot of food and department store can be found. All in all, a convenient and lovely hotel worth staying.

very good hotel situated at a handy location in walking distance to the central of the city's shopping district. very spacious family room, all facility are brand new. and price is not expensive.

It's real near to times square but a shabby short cut must be taken to reach. Will be dangerous at night to go by that route. Apart frothat I think the hotel is awesome and worth the money. Beds are comfy view is good. Staffs friendly.

It is about 10 mins to Berjaya and a further 5 mins walk to Bukit Bintang area. There are restaurants just outside the hotel but I didn't try them. Family room is just two interconnecting room with a living room. Wished there is a kitchenette. Overall satisfied for the price that I am paying.

The hotel is only 4 months old. We visited KL 5 times this year and checked in differnt hotel on every visit. Among all the hotels, we felt very accommodating and welcomed from the moment we arrived until we left. The staff, from the person who opened the taxi door , the concierge, the restaurant waiter, manager, front office, housekeeping and the even […] the taxi drivers from that hotel are very courteous. There's more room to improve. Our suggestion is to have a few smoking rooms to accommodate the long time smokers. Another suggestion is to have more indoor activities for guests who prefer to stay more indoor. It would be lovely if there's more 'greens' around the hotel area such as a mini playground for children and more pleasant sceneries in front of the hotel. Hotel souvenir shop, karaoke lounge, game centre, etc. The bus stop in front of the hotel and pavement area are filled with rubbish most of the time and the pavement to Berjaya Times Square should be constructed in order for pedestrians to feel safe when walking to and fro. the staff were very polite and smiley. We had a family room and was our 2nd time staying in their family room. The rooms are big with bath tubs. One TV remote control was missing so we had to juggle with 2 remote around 3 TVs. I informed the operator and she said it was alright. Should have asked them to send one up. At arrival, we waited 5mins at the […] reception for check-in. Then a porter brought us to the 24th floor to check-in. I asked why we must go to the 24th floor for check-in procedure. He said family rooms are checked in there. On the day of departure, it seem logical to go to the 24th floor to check-out but the lift access card did not allow me so I took the lift to the ground floor reception for check-out. I suggest all guests check in at the reception which was not crowded instead of being shuttled up and down. 더 보기

The hotel location was behind berjaya times square.if u want a short cut,it only takes about 10minutes.i didnt find that route safe though but it can be improved if the hotel provides free shuttle to and fro certain places for shopping.

Furama Bukit Bingtang hotel was way better than we expected. It was opened in November 2011, so everything was new and shiny. The room was nicely decorated and clean and the bathroom was huge. We had the Petronas Towes/Beraya Times Square view. The breakfast was good, including waffles with maple syrup, any kind of eggs, fresh fruits, toast, cheese, […] cold cuts, cereals, porridge and all kind of local dishes. We highly recommend the dinner buffet, especially the desserts were delicious. The staff wasn't the quickest, bathrobe smelled like sweat and the shower could have been better. The location was ok, it took 5 minutes to walk to Imbi monorail station at Beraya Times Square, but the monorail doesn't take you straight to the towers. The surrounding is not that welcoming, but it didn't bother us. There are many restaurants at Beraya Times Square. Also cheap shopping and a theme park with a roller coaster. More upscale shops can be found from Pavilion, which is just a few monorail stops away. 더 보기

The room condition is very good. However, the breakfast is poor. Not enough food variety as a 3 star hotel. Additionally, most food had been consumed after 09:30am.

the room is really beautiful. the only hiccup we experienced was that the heater from the shower is not working. they got technicians to repair promptly and we could use therafter. i am very impressed with the staff there. treats us really nice! one of the best we ever experienced....

We were upgraded to a luxury room. It was clean and spacious enough. The breakfast was fine. Not many queues in front of the footstands. It was situated just behind the Imbis Monorail station. Department stores, food stalls and restaurants were eailiy located in this district. Certainly the hotel is recommended in terms of its quality an price.

The hotel is just behind Imbis Monorail station and Time Square, a very big shopping Mall. Opposite the Mall, it is Bukit Bintang where quite a number of department stores and restaurant situated. You can shop and eat and walk straight along the road to China Town.

This hotel is quite appropriate for big or joint family with kids. Located centrally. Newly renovated , all is in good conditions. Breakfast has good variety with fruits, drinks & usual stuff. Car park entry/exit points are quite oddly located on ramp & creates confusion due to inappropriate directions on entry & exit.

Pros: Relatively new hotel, good service, got upgraded from Deluxe to Executive Suite, free internet, daily newspapers...problem with the room door not able to lock, but resolved quite efficiently after reporting. Location wise not too bad, just a short walk to the Imbi Monorail and BB area... It would be good if you could put an alarm clock radio in the room. Carpet is not very pleasing. Internet is not very powerful in the room.

Our stint with Furama Kuala Lumpur was divided into 2 parts where we stayed first for 1 night. The room was quite nice. The breakfast however was quite below the standard. The second part of our stay was better as we were given a premier suite by the hotel which was a very nice gesture on the hotels part. And evidently the breakfast was better as well. […] I would recommend the property to anyone who would like to stay in Kul for a short while and explore the city. Before I state my complaints let me say that I surely will stay at this hotel again. It is new and they appear to have had a difficult opening. But I think after they fix a few issues this will be a perfectly fine hotel. They got their alcohol license the day I arrived. Had I known I'd have booked a club floor for evening cocktails. I did drink a couple […] of Tigers at dinner one night. Next time I'll walk over to the 7/11 for my beer. The price was unreasonable. I booked a standard room & was gratefully upgraded to a suite at check-in. It was a nice room, rather sparsely appointed. The towels, of course, were new & nice. The tv channel selection is abysmal & not acceptable. Broadband in rooms is wired. That was irritating as I had to go to the lobby to update my iPad. Times Square is a very short walk, but because of road construction getting there is not particularly easy. As others have stated the restaurant is a madhouse at breakfast. The hotel is new, clean, well-furnished and with good internet access (cabled). Though it's right behind Times Square, you need to pass either an unsafe area for short-cut, or take a farther route between construction sites and major traffic road. So, if you expect yourself to go point-to-point by taxi/private cars, it's absolutely a good choice with […] great price; if you're not, then you may find the location rather inconvenient. Perhaps the hotel is too new, there were two system mistakes - 1) their record didn't show my breakfast buffet offer while this is clearly stated on my hotels.com receipt; 2) we received a call (which isn't charged) but their record showed that we "made" a call instead, and they wanted to charge us for it. We have 3 persons staying in one room, and they were nice to give us a spacious suite with a hall and room. Location is excellent, a walk away from many eateries and just 3mins walk away from Times Square. The hotel is a bit remotely located to Lot 10 and Sungei Wang shopping centres and is a bit of a walk to these main attractions in the heat etc.

Major road works outside the hotel so if you do walk to the Time square / Bkt Bintang area, it's quite harzardous. There is no temporary walkway for pedestrians so you have to walk within inches of road traffic. Situation would probably improve when the road works are finished. The hotel feels touristy but service staff are very friendly. The room is […] big (I got a free upgrade to a suite) but it does not have cosy decor & furnishing. The location of this new hotel is very central being located right behind Times Square. Two policeman and our taxi driver didn't know where it was. We were warmly greeted at checkin by the efficient staff and were immediately upgraded to a suite. The room was immaculate, clean and had a great view onto Times Square and the KL Tower. There is a lot […] of building work going on in the vicinity as the main roads are being upgraded. No free wifi in the bedrooms (but is available in the public areas). A hotel of this standard really should provide it as part of the service. Breakfast is not included but can be purchased separately. There are also many restaurants in the vicinity and several local restaurants right opposite the hotel. The shower water was never hot just warm at best. The hotel has not yet got an alcohol license so the bar does not sell beer or spirits. Regardless of these issues, we enjoyed our stay and would return. 더 보기
