We enjoyed our stay at Mon Choisy Beach resort. Our room was really very good. My only complaint is it could have WIFI in the room. There is only a cable for internet in the rooms which won't work for tablets. WIFI is available in front of the reception and at the pool. Security guards are very friendly. We have just returned to Norway from a two week vacation at Mon Choisy on the island of Mauritius. What a beautiful place! If you prefer self catering in a small and quiet hotel, the Mon Choisy Beach Resort is highly recommendable. Situated on the northwest shoreline, the hotel is nestled between two of the islands great beaches. On the right, Mon Choisy […] Beach, only a five mins walk away. On the left side, the one we preferred, Trou aux Biches. Best reachable by the local bus, takes about five mins. The hotel is fresh and modern and very well managed. The studios are comfortable, and the kitchenette holds everything you need for cooking your meals. And even better, you don't have to do the dishes, it's done by the pleasant and courteous maids in the morning. The garden is an explosion of colors, kept in meticulous order by the gardener. The manager, Sadec, is available in the reception area during working hours. A gentleman of great humor, and always helpful. Security guards are on duty 24/7. There is no bar or restaurant on the premises, adding to the tranquility. The sea front infinity pool is lovely, with a sundeck with umbrellas and sun chairs. The front yard has a small parking space for those preferring a rental car. Shopping is best done at the Super-U in Grand Baïe, 10 mins with the bus. The buses run all the time, and we never waited longer than 5-6 mins for a bus in either direction. The local super market in walking distance from the hotel is very expensive and not very well stocked. We only dined out on three occasions, once in Grand Baïe and twice in a local restaurant. The restaurant Stefanie is tucked away in a small residential street behind the hotel, and we sincerely recommend you to visit. The guards at the hotel gate have the number, and the owner at Stefanie will be more than happy to collect you and bring you back again. Only just built, very chic, very comfortable. We had a problem with our room that was resolved straight away, and loved the pool and beautifully kept gardens. The view from the property out to sea, over the pool is lovely.There is no beach below the property, but an easy walk to those on either side, We liked trou des Biches beach best. We had a hire […] car which was really great, life was very easy. There are small supermarkets nearby, but for a fantastic choice of stuff went to Super U in Grande Baie. 더 보기

Nice hotel for spending holiday! The staff are nice and considerate. They are very serious to ensure our safety under typhoon. But the hotel didn't provide shampoo and shower gel....please bring yours, otherwise it's hard to buy nearby

Very nice hotel. Good beaches close to it. The one bad thing was that there isnt so much restaurants close to it, you have to go to Grand Baie for dinner. Other then that, nothing negative about it. Very helpful manager, good security.

Leider dachten wir bei Beach-Resort, daß man auch Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme am Strand hat. Man muß zwar nur einige Meter zum öffentlichen Strand laufen, der ist aber zum Liegen nicht sehr geeignet, und am Wochenende überflutet mit Einheimischen. Nächste schöne Bademöglichkeit ca. 15 MIn. Fußweg entfernt, gehört zu einem anderen Hotel und man ist […] mehr oder weniger ein Eindringling, auch wenn auf Mauritius alle Stände öffentlich sind. Die Liegestühle im Resort am Pool und auf der Dachterasse sind zwar sehr stylisch aber mehr als unbequem, Auflagen wären da kein Luxus. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr schön und wird von einem Gärtner liebevoll gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und wirklich sehr sauber, allerdings wären Mückengitter an den Fenstern angebracht, da es durch das ungepflegte Grundstück in der Nachbarschaft viele Moslitos hat. Das Hotel ist gut überwacht. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hifsbereit. 더 보기

Des notre arrivee, tot le matin, nous avons ete emerveilles par le site et bien accueillis. Le design de la chambre, sa clarte, son comfort, bain, cuisine, tout est adapte et parfait. Le jardin et la piscine a debordement sont un enchantement. Les 2 balcons des studios au dernier etage sont tres accueillants avec vue sur mer laterale. Les deux parcelles […] qui bordent le Resort sont a l'abandon. Heureusement que la nature reprend ses droits et nous offre de beaux arbres et cocotiers a admirer. La plage de Mon Choisy n'est pas la plus belle de l'ile. Elle est tres frequentee et les detritus restent sur place. Comme partout sur l'ile d'ailleurs. Le Club Lookea , de l'autre cote de la route, nous a saoule avec ses jeux et sa musique tonitruante...En outre, le fait de ne pas avoir le moindre bar sur place nous a obliges a aller faire des courses a Grand Bay des le matin de notre arrivee. Nous avons teste un snack tout pres dont la nourriture etait desastreuse et tres chere. Du vrai racket. Pour resumer, le fait de disposer d'une petite cuisine fort bien equipee nous a evite d'etre confrontes chaque jour a de telles pratiques, qui sont courantes a Maurice... 더 보기

Je recommande fortement cette résidence très bien entretenue, personnels très agréables, proche de Grand Baie et de toutes ses activités... un exemple à suivre...

Accueil tres sympathique chambre studio très bien, propre et neuf. Tres bon confort Dommage qu'il n'y est pas de petits dejeuner le matin meme si c'est des studios pour 2 ou 3 jours nous avons du chercher pas tres loin et c'etait pas bon. Pour avoir un bon petit dejeuner il faut aller a grand baie heureusement c'est pas trop loin Sinon le personnel […] est tres bien 더 보기
