Excellent hotel with staff that could not be more helpful. Lovely pool and great facilities.

The hotel is new (opened in Dec) we stayed in March so everything was relatively still very new, hopefully the upkeep continues so that it doesn't age quickly (especialy the carpets in the hotel). Fitness room had all the equipment and cardio machines you need and pool was under-used so you could always find a chair by the pool. Buffet breakfast was very delicious with lots of selection of breads. cheeses, fruits, juice and hot western/japanese and vietnamese food. However, the atmosphere is very formal with lots of business patrons staying at the hotel not a family friendly atmosphere esp. if you are with smaller children. The hotel is not near the city attractions by foot so you would have to take a shuttle which is free to get there... if you are looking to stay in the action of HCM then I wouldn't advise. It was a pleasant stay in Hochiminh city,hotel bed room is so spacious and luxury,the wifi free either in the room or outside the room doing very fast and the food selection is very good and lots of variety.

We stayed at the Hotel Nikko while in Ho Chi Minh city and had a fantastic time. Although it's not in the center of the action, that was actually a welcome thing. It was a $2-3 cab ride to go basically anywhere, as it is still centrally located, and the hotel itself is brand new and gorgeous. The hotel decor is exceptionally modern and edgy. The staff very responsive and helpful. The introductory price given is very good value for money. The only short-coming is the location is too far away from most tourist attractions. To be fair the distance is not the issue but rather the traffic condition. I have been to other countries where the hotel […] is similarly located but because traffic is smooth, it doesn't really bother me too much. Unfortunately the traffic situation in HCMC is chaotic and unregulated. I remember on Lunar New Year Eve, our taxi was stuck at the junction near Lansom Park. Cars and motorbikes and pedestrians were engaged in a gridlock with no semblance of any order or giving way. It was totally impossible to move and we were forced to alight and walk back till we passed Bentanh Market and further west before we could get another cab back. 더 보기

Decided to go for a 2 Club rooms for the family and was not disappointed. Excellent service, nice setting with dinner snacks and breakfast on the 23rd floor high above the city full of mopeds. Markets and District 1 within an entertaining 15 minutes taxi ride which always gives you a reason to smile at the traffic frenzy. I will come back ...

Very clean hotel. Extremely efficient and effective hotel personnel. Recommendations made were helpful. It was only 5 days in operation when first arrived. Stayed for 3 nights. We got this at a discounted rate. We actually expected the "soft opening" glitches. There were none. Nothing beats Japanese efficiency. The only downside is that it wasn't right […] smack in the middle of District 1 as we thought. It was on the border of Districts 1 and 5. Near chinatown. And anywhere in the world, chinatown is always always always busy, kinda dirty, and densely populated. Needed to take a cab to anywhere. BUT, I'd stay here again. It is worth the money. 더 보기

Spend a night between flights on a business trip. Hotel just opened, comfortable and clean, but not everything is up and running yet - WiFi problems and no ethernet.

Faktisk så nyt, at der stadig var en "duft" af frisk maling på værelset. Så havde det været rart hvis man kunne åbne vinduet. MEN alt i alt en lækker oplevelse - morgenmaden er fantastisk. God fornøjelse
