Portcaman house is close to Bushmills distillery and to the pubs and local shops. There is a bus stop right in front of the house and it is only a half hour walk to the sea. "Excellent"
The cooked breakfast was delicious, poached eggs cooked to perfection. The host was friendly and helpful. Our room was cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a very cold night and the heaters are turned off between 6 and 8 and then from 10.00pm until morning. This was my only complaint, as we did not get back from dinner until 9.30pm […] when the heating went off at 10.00pm it was so cold, we had to get into bed to keep warm. Enjoyed the two nights and managed to walk the local walks and the coast path. Portcaman is a good central location with good bus links to local attractions, particularly if you are relying on public transport. More promotion of the central location would benefit the accommodation. Though we had some difficulty finding the hotel (for whatever reason we didn't notice the sign on the side of the building) it was a good location. This B&B is great! Dawn, the owner is really sweet and makes an awesome breakfast! The rooms are super clean and the beds are very warm and comfy! The Bushmills distillery is a 5-minute walk away and Dunluce Castle and the Giant's Causeway are very close and the hike there is very nice! Book this place!
