골든 시티 호텔 (Golden City Hotel) - 마닐라

처음에 현지분들이 골든시티호텔을 잘 몰라 찾아가는데는 좀 애먹었습니다. 다행히 구글에서 지도 프리트해서 드라이버에게 보여줘서 잘 찾아갔습니다. 제가 갔을때는 크리스마스시즌이여서 엄청 막히고 고생해서 갔네요.. 택시타고 찾아가기는 조금 힘들지만, 이용면에선 아주 만족합니다. 5명이서 갔는데 더블배드2개 들어간 방 2개예약해서 갔습니다. 침대가 넓직하니 잘 잤습니다. 건물은 좀 옛날 건물이긴 하지만 방도 넓직해서 좋았구요 인트라무로스갈때는 기차를 이용했는데 바로 한정거장만 가면 되서 이용하기 좋았고 시내이동하다가 괜찮은 택시기사 만나서 다음날 약속잡고 공항까지 그 택시기사가 픽업나와서 편하게 갔었습니다. 주인아줌마도 인상은 […] 우락부락 하셨지만 막상 뭐를 물어보니 아주 친절하게 대답해주시고.. 가격대비면 이용도는 정말 만족수준입니다. 더 보기

Basic but in a good location. The staff were extremely helpful - while I slept, they booked my onward bus ticket. Also gave me info on jeepneys + even walked me to bus stop to make sure I got on right one.

For an inexpensive hotel, this place was great with a/c, cable tv, and wifi in the rooms.

I needed to find an affordable option for a three week stay in Manila with my girlfriend. I choose this hotel because of the price and the many positive reviews at the time I booked the room. Since I booked the room, there have been a series of negative reviews of the hotel, many people having stayed only one or two nights. Perhaps things have changed […] in recent months but let me try to set everything straight. The hotel staff were always pleasant and often helped us find cabs when we needed them. Because we stayed so long, they comped us free dinner one night from the hotel restaurant, the Phat Panda. (Decent food, not great). When I checked in, the room was dirty. There was a fair amount of hair and dust under the bed and in the corners. The bathroom had a lot of crud built up on the floor, the sink, etc. There were some flying insects and quite a few ants. I also killed three cockroaches over the course of my stay. Rather than complain, knowing that this was my home for three weeks, I took it upon myself to clean everything. The bathroom was then spotless. I bug bombed the room and I found the ant nest in the corner and took care of that problem as well. The staff came and cleaned the room on most days for a modest tip and things were pretty tidy from there out. One person complained about a foul smell in the entrance of the hotel in one review. That was true when I got there, but they replaced the carpet which I think was the source of the problem and now the smell is gone and it looks a lot better. A lot of people complained about the beds being very hard, and that is true too. My girlfriend actually liked the bed, and I slowly got used to it. It also wouldn't hurt to hang a painting or two in the room. The tv was ok, but I don't watch much tv. The hotel itself is in Chinatown in Manila which is a very busy place during the day. I never felt unsafe during the day, but I'm sure there are lots of pickpockets around. At night there are some homeless people around t 더 보기

We enhoyted our stay at the Golden City hotel. The hotel is located in a very colorfull part of town (close to Chinatown and all the sights). The nabourhood is a bit rough - don't walk intoxicated and alone here at night, but that properly goes for must areas in Manila. The beds were covered with a plastic sheet. The hotel is just perfect for me as it is central to the places I need to visit. Very accessible by LRT, Taxi and public transport. I think I shall choose this hotel next year for at least a couple of weeks. Wifi signal is strong...love it.

Most locals say that this area is quite bad to go at night. Apparently there are a lot of snatchers in the area. The hotel maintenance is poor, the rooms are not clean and the entrance of the hotel stinks. In both rooms, the bathroom was not clean and in the "suite", there where papers, old flowers and hair under my bed. very strategic location, one of their staff is very helpful, all the basic needs is there but dont expect too high, they are not clean our room everyday unless we ask them.

I'm not satisfied not a good place to stay it is value for what we paid

i would not tell any one that this hotel exsists its dirty small uncomfortable and thank goodness i just booked one night, couldnt wait to cheek out, on a count from one to five id give it 0

This is not a touristy location so don't expect to see foreigners around. The hotel is only 2 mins away from the train station. The neighbourhood is lively with stalls set up on the roads and they're open from morning till late at night. If you don't like crowds, this is not the place to be. The room is small but clean. The traffic noise is annoying and nonstop 24-7. Mosquitoes ate me alive during my stay due to a lack of screening on a outside vent. Close to the LRT station was a plus. Staff made some attempt to make my stay pleasent. Room cost is reasonable.

I had to stay in Manila for the weekend to purchase supplies for my business. I found Golden City Hotel Manila and the price was affordable for my short stay plus it was quite close to my supplier. The Hotel is newly renovated and contains the basic necessities for my stay. There is free wi-fi and a restaurant right below the hotel so dinner was not […] a problem. 駅から徒歩数分。ジプニー乗り場も近く、マラテ地区に行くには便利。もちろんタクシーもすぐに捕まえられる程度の交通量あり。 食事はホテル一階に食堂があり、歩いて数分で中華街もあり、食事には事欠かない。 携帯電話が窓際しか使えない。清潔度、部屋の造りは料金を考えると、「こんな物か…」という感じ。

在唐人街，周边环境只能用脏，乱，差来形容。房间有很大的霉味，边边角角都有蜘蛛丝。床单也很不干净，大人小孩都睡得全身发痒。楼梯随处可见大小强。整体酒店看起来象大众旅馆。如果不是已经扣款，一看这情况肯定马上走人。这么差，没有任何性价比可言的酒店就不要在网站上推广了。

hotellet har enkel standard, billige rom, hyggelig betjening, men litt dårlig at man må be om rene handkler hver dag og rom vasken er ikke bra. rommene er med ac og grei standard.. resturanten på hotellet er meget bra. god servise og grei mat..man kan bestille maten som room servise hvis ønskelig:) stedet ligger kjempesentralt, kort vei (ca 100meter) […] til tog(t-bane) ikke bruk taxi eller noe annet hvis du kan bruke toget..toget er billigst og raskest i rushtiden i manila. mc donalds rett over gaten, samt apotek , døgnopent mini stop et par hundre meter..og et billig vaskeri som man kan få vasket sine klær rimelig til dagen etter..minibaker er det nok av.. kort vei til markedet... 더 보기
