2013년02월06일에 대한 Hotels.com 고객의 이용 후기이미 여러해 전부터 바이어측의 소개로 이용하게된 이 호텔은 인도 뭄바이에 출장갈 때 마다 이용하게 되는 곳입니다. 예전과 달리 지금은 주변 도로도 정리되어서 미리 예약하지 않으면 예약이 쉽지 않은 곳이기도 하지요. 말라드에 위치한 이 호텔은 주변에 큰 쇼핑센터 2곳이 위치해서 필요한 물품을 구입하는 것도 편리하더군요.

The Fort area is the central point of Mumbai. It was here that the commercial and administrative activities were largely concentrated in the past. "Stay somewhere else!"
Stay somewhere else! -When I arrived at 11:30pm and was told I could not check-in until the manager had finished dinner (half an hour later). -I was then given a room that had neither hot water or wifi. -The next day I requested another room. The new room smelt bad, had stains on the sheets and holes in the towels. -One evening I came back to my room […] and the cleaner had left my room unlocked all day! When I went to complain to the manager he insisted that the cleaner had not been there implying I had left it unlocked (However my bed had been remade). "Reasobable hotel but restaurant lets it down"
Booked a junior suite but didn't find out the difference between this and an ordinary room Rooms were clean and comfortable and modern bathroom. TV DVD and CD player all worked. Wifi intermittent. A 5 min walk to the main train station in Mumbai, the air conditioning worked and the bathrooms were pretty good. Staff were friendly and always got cabs for us, we organised a cab to pick us up from the airport and they were waiting for us when we arrived. "A good 3 star"
Overall the hotel was good,however we booked this one due to their earlier check in than other hotels & upon arriving at the hotel the check in time had changed & we were told we would have to pay an early check in time, too tired to argue we said fine but asked for a recipt so could dispute at a later date & then we were given our funds back & told […] the service would be complimentary.... But our room was a good size, we booked the larger suite for 3 of us & had lots of space, the shower was good & hot, there is an interesting lift upto the floors & breakfast was simple but satisfactory. We came out the hotel the first morning to find them filming a Bollywood movie round the corner & the second morning there was a bunch of kids playing cricket - Mumbai is a crazy amazing city! The location of the hotel is good being so close to the main sights & the main railway station, it was 180Rs for a prepaid taxi from the CST to the hotel, it's cheaper if you take a taxi with a metre on it, you will prob pay a lot less. It is almost an hour& half from the international airport however so make sure you don't cut it fine getting to the airport. All in good 3 star hotel with spacious rooms & we got complimentary bottles of water each day & clean towels. Make sure you are clear to taxi drivers, etc that you want to go to the hotel on Ballard Estate as there is another one in the city, much further away.
