We were two couples with two rooms for one night. If you are driving in the hotel is very difficult to find on a narrow street with a very small sign. The hotel is very modern in aesthetic, which we found throughout Spain. Lovely location with an easy walk to the Cathedral and Market (a must see). Recommended.

This was one of the nicest hotel my wife and I have ever stayed at. We loved how the hotel built around and infused the historical foundation of the buildings location. You also could not beat the local relative to old city Valencia. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a luxury escape in Valencia.

Beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff. Great location in the old town area. Hard to find if you are driving so do what we did, get a taxi to follow there.

Excellent location. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was renovated to the highest standard and everything was done with comfort in mind. Overall we had a very pleasant stay at Caro hotel and a great time in the city of Valencia.

Caro Hotel has combined a modern sophisticated atmosphere with a fully restored historic site dating back to Roman times. The staff were very helpful, the location is in Old Town and close to modern Valencia, and we went to many excellent restaurants and eating sites such as the Central Market close by. We booked the hotel, not knowing what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised with finding a boutique hotel, with a charming attentive staff. The atmosphere is relaxed and the bar drinks, were superb despite the simple cocktail list. The artifacts that were dispersed within the hotel made me feel more connected to the people and their history.

Perfect for sight seeing, situated on a quiet road so no traffic noise at night. All the staff were professional and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. My wife and I just got back from a 11 day stay in Spain. Stayed at Westin Palace in Madrid, Hotel Ritz in Madrid, the W in Barcelona and Caro Hotel in Valencia. Caro Hotel beat them all, we loved it. Lovely Boutique style hotel with modern big room, nice to have a free soft drinks/snacks mini-bar.A very private and trendy outside bar area.Hotel staff very friendly and efficient.Used the Garage/valet parking. The area is very nice and so close to the Cathedral Square but if you are arriving by car its takes a lot of finding!

Very convenient & safe location. All reception staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Room very airy, comfortable, quiet. Great shower. Generous towels & toileteries which normally is not the case for single room occupants, despite paying Double room prices. External noise in the morning which Andrea had alerted me to in advance as there was […] buiding works taking place closeby, but it was bearable. Also school nearly with lots of 'children noise' in the morning, but again it was after 9 a.m. so it did not bother me unduly. Layout of bedroom/bathroom did not lend itself to much privacy which might be a problem for people who need this. Great 'easy listening' music on Channel 8 of TV. Modern and clean, this hotel leaves little to be desired. It is close to major sites, staff is very courteous (English speaking too!) and the room is very comfy. The only issue we had was that the Internet signal in our room was very weak and we couldn't use the connection. Otherwise, highly recommended. Great place to stay!

Great rooms. Great location for exploring the Old Town by day and night. Hotel staff were little disorganised - they didn't offer anything, it had to be drawn out of them - i.e. a map, then showing the hotel location on it, talking while guests wait, not opening doors - all small things but they count. Cleaning staff were brilliant.

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice big bedroom, really clean, lots of natural light and great shower! Great location, couple of minutes walk from main square and cathedral and bus stop around the corner which takes you straight to the beach. Location is also on a nice quiet side road so you don't get any traffic or late night noise.

the hotel is in a great location and makes getting to main attractions or squares very easy. Our room (number 10) was split into three parts, the bedroom, off this a sink and wardrobe area and then next room the walk in shower. Lighting in the room was not that great particularly the shower area. The room was very minimilist, but to the point of being […] too trendy for it's own good. For example, nowhere to hang a towel and no spare toilet rolls so we had to call housekeeping to replenish. The hotel has no restaurant to speak of and the bar area when we were there was never occupied, giving the area a real soul less feel. Reception were friendly enough, but given the calibre of hotel not nearly as professional as it should be. There are other central hotels that we would stay at next time. We arrived at the hotel after a bit of difficulty since the GPS couldn't quite get us to the street. A call to the hotel provided us with a few last minute directions and we were there. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Incredible modern designed space in a magnificent grand old building. Personale molto cordiale e a disposizione. L'hotel si trova in una posizione interessante, vicino alla zona storica ma nello stesso tempo e' vicino alle uscite. Un po' difficile da trovare.

Väldigt trevligt. God lunch på deras restaurang Alto di temple. Dock ingen frukost inkluderad. Tog en sån fantastisk frukost på cafe Cappicchino istället vid plazan i närheten. Vatten rann ut från den superdesignade duschen. Trevlig personal.

We loved our stay at Caro where the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, but only a few minutes of walking will take you to more lively areas. Our only regret is that our stay in Valencia was just one day - we could have spent several days exploring this beautiful city.

Bijzonder, modern ingericht, luxe hotel. Zeer vriendelijk en gedienstig personeel. Gelegen in het oude, beeldschone centrum van Valencia. Ruime goed ingerichte kamer, met alle comfort.
