Excellent location and staffs. However, the parking lot was not directly connected to the loby or guest room. It located across a street.

워싱턴 출장으로 2012.12.19.수~12.23.토까지 일행 3명이 2 bed room과 1 bed room(suite)을 사용 했습니다. 약 2달 반 전에 open했다고 하네요. 아주 청결하고, 관리가 잘 되고 있었습니다. 3성급 평판 평점 5점이었는데, 개인적으로는 5점이상 주고 싶고, 숙박자체는 4성급 이상이라는 생각이 듭니다. 아침부페는 약소하나 3성급 호텔로써는 아주 먹을 만했구오, 헬스장이 작은 것과 실내풀이 없고 야외풀 아주 작은 것(기대할 수 없겠죠, 3성급에서)만 있는 것이 아쉽네요. 호텔이 있는 장소가 한국인이 많이 사는 FairFax지역에 있고, 신개발지라선지 깨끗하고, 굵직한 상점들이 주변에 많습니다. […] 특히 바로 길건너 H-mart가 있어 한국 이마트에서 살수 있는 이상으로 식료품을 살수 있구요, H-mart 블록 끝쪽에는 24시간 미국 마트가 있어서 밤 늦게 음식물을 살 수도 있습니다. 중요한 점은 Orange line인 Dunn Loring-Merrifield Metro역이 약 800m 거리에 있어서 걸어 갈 수 있다는 것 입니다. 약 30분이면 워싱턴 중심부에 갈 수 있습니다. 워싱턴시내가 극심한 교통체증을 격는다는 것을 생각하면 정말 좋죠. 그리고 워싱턴 Dulles 국제공항이 2십여 km정도여서 30분 내에 갈 수 있어, 워싱턴 출장시 묵을 호텔로는 최적 이라는 생각이 듭니다. 그리고, 무료아침부페, 무료주차, 무료무선인터넷에 저렴한 가격 등으로 정말 한국 여행객분들에게 강추합니다. 참고로 Suite의 경우 킹사이즈 침대가 있고, 안에 큰 냉장고, 전기스토브 조리시설 및 각종 그릇 수저 포크 칼, 식기세척기 등이 모두 갖추어져 있어서, H-mart에서 쌀 및 찌게거리 반찬사다가 한국에서 콘도에 머무르면서 해먹는 것 이상으로 해먹을 수 있습니다. 아쉬웠던 점은, 이곳 Expedia.co.kr로 확인한 주소가 호텔 앞의 작은 길이어서, 현재로써는 내비게이션에 없는 주소 입니다 (호텔 오픈이 2달 반 전이라니까 당연하긴 합니다). 결국 전화로 물어서 큰 길(호텔 뒤 대로 길)을 알아 찾아 갔다는 점입니다. 내비로 찾아가시는 경우 안나온다고 당황하지 마시고, 전화걸어 큰 길 주소를 알아 찾아 가시길 바랍니다. 호텔측에 추가정보로 큰 길 주소를 올려놓으라고 했는데요, 바로 올리길 기대해야겠네요. 아뭏든 우리 일행3명은 아주 즐겁게 잘 보냈던 것 같습니다. 또다른 아쉬운 점은, 일행분이 070 인터넷 전화를 갖고 갔는데, 호텔무선인터넷으로 접속시키지 못 했습니다. 호텔홈페이지에서 accept 버튼 눌러야 인터넷 사용이 가능한데, 전화기에서는 무선 AP가 떠도 해결이 안되더군요. 더 보기

The Hyatt House was beautiful!! The only downfall is that the surrounding area did not have much to offer.

Very good Quality of service ie room service and breakfast. Did not show address on GPS. Other than that it was a good hotel. I like it.

Thrilled with the quality of this hotel for the prove. Conveniently located in a new development filled with delicious restaurants and good shopping. The hotel is new and located in such a nice area. We can walk to metro and target is just next to it. There are few good restaurents in the area so we don't need to drive anywhere. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Excellent hotel and friendly staff. the breakfast was very nice and the rooms were very clean and i would definetly would stay again. one flaw: wake up call was made to my room couple of times very early in the morning...but they apologized for it.

Wow! What a pleasant surprise. The hotel was immaculate, the staff incredibly helpful and breakfast was great. Our only disappointment was that we stayed for only one night! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay in the D.C. area with proximity to the Metro.

Perfect location, clean room, great breakfast and over-all service. Only negative was the A/C system - didn't maintain the room temperature consistently.

Great amenities, location and service for the price. This used to be a residence inn which was converted so the rooms are very well equipped. Everything is new. rooms well kept. An awesome French bakery just beside the hotel. Walking distance within a block to great restaurants and shops.

This hotel was the best by far... Walking distance to the metro.. Just a couple of miles to tyson mall... Target next door.. The bar was nice.. Pool table in the hotel.. Staff was amazing; very helpful.. Def staying again soon..

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I'm actually book for another vacation in August because we love it so much even though our drive to the convention is an hour.

Excellent hotel to stay in during short or for long extended periods. The rooms are comfortable with plush amenities. The kitchen In the studio rooms really come in handy for busy families. There is also free breakfast in the morning that includes make your own omelettes. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel near the DC area.

I thought the hotel was fantastic. It was layed out conveniently, the design was sublime and the hotel staff were fantastic. They upgraded us from a 2Q to a King when they heard our recent news. The location around the hotel was awesome we wish we had a few more days to spend there to visit all the awesome shops and eateries nearby. The Hyatt House is very nice inside. I don't think it could have been any more visually appealing. Also, the mini kitchen is a great touch. Howeverthe bed & pillows are uncomfortable. Also, the morning breakfast ended early and many people were left without food.

Great hotel- just be sure to stay on the opposite side of the highway. Otherwise it will be loud at night with cars driving by.
