I couldn't have find a better place to stay. I was there alone to visit Edinburg and being a woman, I was a little bit worried to not stay in the center but the location ended up really nice, safe, quiet and still enogh close to everything at the same time. The house is beautiful and decorate with taste, it's a cheerful place, the room was nice with […] high ceiling, my own bathroom, wooden floor and everything I needed inside. The hosts, Noreen and Alistair were really welcoming even giving me advice on the city sightseeing, the museum or even the rest of my Scotland trip. The breakfast, full savory one for me with Stornoway Black Pudding (yummy) was filling and keep me going at least until mid-afternoon a real plus when you just wak all day! Zu Fuß lies sich die Innenstadt in 15 min erreichen. Ein schöner Spaziergang in die Stadt durch den naheliegend Park lohnt sich und dauert 30 min. Nächstliegende Bushaltestellen (Gilmore Street) mit Busabfahrten alle 10 min mo.bis fr. liegt 2 min. vom Haus entfernt. Tolle liebevoll gestaltete Gästezimmer jedes mit eigenem Flair.
