"Never disappoints"

"The hotel was in a great location as far as walkable to a lot of theaters. The rooms were a good size and not overly small like you find in many hotels in Times Square. However there is no such thing as early check in at least when we were there. They were in fact rude about it. You can store your luggage for free but just know 3pm is probably the earliest. If you are not a fan of elevators that sound rough, then request a lower floor. There were two that scared me because of how they sounded and we were on the 37th floor. Finally, many of the staff are nice just some at the front desk are not. It was nice for a one time stay but won’t stay in Times Square again - just way too busy and crowded."

"Extremely rude hotel staff across the board from the front desk to the elevator guards (the day-time guards were rude, the night-time guards were totally fine and kinder). Rooms are shockingly shabby and bathrooms are unacceptably filthy. The only two perks for this hotel are the location on Broadway and the fact that the restaurant, Friedman’s, is fantastic and has excellent food and waitstaff support. "

"Muy pequeña la habitación no podíamos ingresar con las maletas y al consultar vino la manager y dijo que era así. Nunca vi algo tan pequeño. No nos limpiaron la habitación. Tiene solo dos ascensores muy pequeños para muchísimo huéspedes. No volveré nunca más"

"Stayed mid-April. It’s a little more rundown than I thought it would be once we got there. It smelled like smoke on my entire floor, even though it was non-smoking. The key cards would never unlock the door until the 5-6th try, and that’s when they were actually working. The AC wasn’t working in the three rooms they tried us in unless we call down at night and had a handyman come up and turn a screw or something every night. Not my favorite hotel to stay at in NYC regardless of price. The staff was pretty accommodating for what they had to work with."
