"Room was upgraded at no charge had a amazing ocean view. Jacuzzi at the spa was disappointing as the water was cold... not 100 degrees as advertised. The spa prices were crazy expensive. The bar tenders and wait staff were amazing, very happy, very friendly. Front desk staff were not super friendly. Nexus tour booker Alex was amazing definitely recommend, even checked back to see how our excursion was and to say good bye and helped us to our airport shuttle."
