"I stayed here with my husband for 10 nights. It was a very nice room with just about everything we needed. I made the reservation online and they were kind enough to let my husband check in since he arrived 8 hours before me. They also let us check out late the day we left since the flight wasn’t until nighttime. That was a huge help and I really appreciated it. The kitchen was good for preparing meals and the washing machine was great. We may stay here again next month. "

"My mother and I stayed in this hotel for a brief layover from the Jeddah airport. The man at reception was very kind and accommodating, and we were in our room within minutes. The room didn't have towels, and it took over an hour to get towels, but other than that it was fine. It was a very comfortable bed and the A/C worked great. Beautiful view outside, I wish we'd had more time there. They arranged a taxi for us on our way out, which we appreciated very much. "

"There are two NARS hotels in Jeddah, and somehow Expedia showed us the wrong address. 5 stars to the manager lady who called the other hotel and transferred the booking to themselves. In spite of language barriers, they accommodated us very well. And room was a luxury two bedroom apartment. Area around the hotel is very safe, but it’s a cab drivers hub. So take it for what it’s worth "
