I thought the rooms were outdated and a little worn, the breakfast was cold and limited, the pool and gym are part of a private member facility (so busy in the evening), the food in the pub/bar was terrible (!!) and when we asked if there were two singles available we were told we could easily use the sofa bed, but not linen provided.
