Everything was great almost all the staff was kind and smiling with the exception of the girl with the long black hair in the Cafe across from pearl restaurant. Didn’t greet us, didn’t smile, didn’t even seem to care to be kind at all. Front desk was amazing and super helpful.

6/10 Good

We had some initial issues with our room and the staff were helpful in getting us moved. However, the groups were not well maintained. They trim trees, mow grass etc. and just leave all the clippings on walkways etc. no blowing or sweeping and so it generally looks unkempt throughout the resort. Staff were all friendly, and the rooms decent. Was expecting slightly nicer based on price. The toilet in our (2nd) room ran constantly and the air conditioning was noisy. The rooms could use some overall refreshing. Had we not had the initial room problems upon arrival, probably would have been a better overall experience.

Clean room, Best place for Family
Verified review

8/10 Very good

Service staff at the pool was great, pools were fun and family friendly but lacked a luxurious feel. Rooms were large and looked good at first glance but seemed a little old upon closer inspection. The beds were comfortable, and we found the room comfortable overall until night came... for some reason we could hear our neighbors as if we were all in the same room. The restaurants seemed expensive for how average they were, buffet food and off the menu seemed to be the same. Staff in the morning was good, but we had issue with dinner staff seemingly inexperienced and dinner taking forever. I was expecting a more luxurious experience given the starting point of room rates.
