when im trying to check in they dont let me check in because they cant find my reservation . I wait for 30 minutes they dont find anything why they cant find my reservation after i show them the reservation number and the receipt.I was so dissapointed because i just got to the philippines my flight was late im ready to go bed.So next day i came back to the same building i show them my resevation again then they found my reservation lol is that a joke ? the staff not communicating with guess what so ever ,they kitchen is leaking no rug in the kitchen.The sink keep leaking the bathroom door cant open it because my neice friend lock the door cant open it.TERIRBLE PLACE they ddnt give my refund back the day that i cant check in because they have somebody staying in thr condminium that i already paid for 10 days.

The whole property is fine but the amenities is socks. Refrigerator itโs not working,
No Wifi, no battery of all the remote TV and the air conditioner, the masters bedroom bathroom toilet is bad.
We informed the front disk about but the maintenance canโt fix it. They told us to call the property owner. We donโt know who owned it. We booked it on line. Nobody assisted us to the unit we went upstairs because they said the room is open. We been waiting for too long for someone to come over to take us but no one came so, we asked the front disk if we can go up and they said yes because the unit itโs open. Having said that, the person in charge will show up in our condo but no one. So Iโm disappointed about what we discovered no wifi, ref is running but itโs not working, no battery of all the remote control and toilet doesnโt work properly.๐ฃ๐ฃ๐ฃ
What I did like was the friendliness of the staff. Randy and Chris were security and they were great. Others were too.
What I didnโt like are several things. The room itself was dirty. We had to call to get enough kitchen items, like glasses, and dishes to fix meals there. We had to call for beach access and towels. The cabinet door in the kitchen was broken and had to have them fix that also. TV didnโt work properly. Furniture out dated and worn. Probably would benefit with a new property manager for that unit. She would tell us sheโd do things and never followed through. So it was us contacting her.
The beach area was not clean. There were lots of persons standing around when they could be picking up the liter and the broken glass.
