An enjoyable 3 night stay in Copenhagen. All the staff were helpful. Room was a good size and well equipped, and thankfully quiet. The breakfast offering had all one might expect or wish for and despite having to accommodate a large number of guests was very well run and never a problem to find some where comfortable to sit and eat. Happy to recommend and would use again should I return to Copenhagen.

The room was very small, and although it had all the basic amenities, everything felt very cramped. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were good as well. However, the bath towels were quite dirty. At breakfast, cleanliness left something to be desired: I had to carefully choose which plates to use, as several still had leftover food stuck to them. The carpets in the hotel also looked quite old and worn. Overall, I wasn’t satisfied with the level of cleanliness and comfort. I don’t believe the hotel lives up to the standard it claims to offer, and I don’t plan to stay there again.

Nice rooms with a beautiful view of the city, and the hotel is in a great location. It’s easy to get around and many attractions are within walking distance. The staff were super friendly. The room was clean and we had a good night. There were some small things that needed attention like the shower not working properly or being able to get the conditioner out but that may have been easily solved. We didn't stay for long enough to discuss with anyone. I've stayed at Radisson Blu before and would definitely recommend it.

Great hotel for business travel. Wouldn’t choose again for leisure travel. It was quite out of the way for exploring the vibrant city of Copenhagen. The 24th floor room and view were lovely. We did find the beds to be a little uncomfortable and the room was uncomfortably warm with no option to control the thermostat in room. We were able to open the window a little and they did offer to bring a fan. Staff were lovely. I wouldn’t eat at the Thai restaurant again. The food wasn’t great for the price.

I booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 children, aged 5 and 7. The accommodation consisted of a bedroom with a double bed and a lounge with a pull down sofa bed. During our 3 day stay, the sofa bed was left down, as a bed and taking up the space of a bed. The sofa couldn't be used because it was a bed. So there was no space for us to move around the lounge area. The room was very hot and I asked housekeeping to show me how the system worked and he said it couldn't go any lower. I asked for fans and was told to only use one in each room. Tea/coffee never topped up. 4 coat hangers and no drawers, so we had to live out of our suitcases. I think we could have got better facilities for the money elsewhere. Nearly £1000 for 3 nights. On a positive note, the best open, serve yourself breakfast I've ever had. Always fully stocked and good quality.

The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from Islands Brygge metro station which makes it easier to access from the airport. We were on the 13th floor and had great views over the city. Lifts were fast and frequent. The room was large and comfortable. The sofa bed was comfortable for our two children and it was separate from the main bedroom. The bathroom had a walk in shower which is much better than a bath with a shower over. Communal areas were immaculate and staff took great pride in their work. Breakfast was a varied buffet which catered for a range of options. The breakfast also had a large ‘free from’ selection which was much better than other hotels we have stayed at. The morning ginger shots were excellent. The breakfast room, although busy, never felt crowded or noisy. The hotel was a short 10 minute walk to the Architecture Centre and the city beyond the river. There are some good bars and restaurants closer to the hotel. We would recommend the hotel and would stay again if we were to revisit.

I recently stayed at Radisson Blu Scandinavia and unfortunately, my experience was mixed. The breakfast was disappointing. The hot dishes were dry, cold, and lacked flavor. The cheese selection also seemed stale, although the bread was fresh and enjoyable. Another issue was the room. Despite being two guests, only one towel was provided, and the towels had an unpleasant smell. There were several missing amenities that I would normally expect from a hotel of this standard. On the positive side, the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warm attitude were definitely the highlight of the experience. Overall, because of the issues with the breakfast and room facilities, I do not think I would choose this hotel again. However, I would like to thank the staff for their kindness and excellent service

Nice room, good view. However TV was appealing, shut down all the time. Even we only had about an hour, as we had to go to the airport, the TV had to be restarted several times. Close and convenient vicinity to metro and busses, and even a short walk would take you to Christianshavn and city center in 10-20 minutes.
