The staff we dealt with were excellent and made us feel welcome. The suite was an upgrade from a Junior Suite, and it was well worth it. The only slight gripe was that the dining area was being used for a private party, so the bar was full up with people eating. I have now stayed at Hotel Du Vin in Glasgow three times and it is one of my favorite hotels in the world! The rooms are so so very comfy, the food is excellent, Oksy the bartender makes the best cocktails, and all of the staff are so helpful. I want to give a special shout out to Scott who has helped me several times to and from my room and around the property - he is a wonderful person and so helpful!
