The stay was excellent . Mr Marcio has been an excellent host and very supportive. No doubts to include this place on my next trip to Firenze. The public transport (Bus) exactly on front of this place and 20 min from the city centre, so it is very convenient. Place is clean and comfortable, breakfast, good mattresses, and quit and secure area. This place is genuinely a 5 star place. Excellent service ! FIVE STARS !

They didn’t mention before booking that it is prohibited to eat in the rooms or you receive an 80€ fine … also there was a smoking area right outside our room so the room filled with smell of cigs every few hours. Marzio was a great host, our room was squeaky clean and very spacious for us 5, two adults 2 teens and a 4yo. Marzio was super helpful with tips and recommendations about places to visit during our stay in Florence. Although the property is not in the main area is pretty close on a bus which the stop is accross the street or by uber our preferred option especially with a little kid; parking was no problem for us. Breakfast was nice and yummy but dinners were my favorite, Marzio and Rosalba prepared some very nice and delicious meals and very authentic Italian. We loved it and we would recommend it and if we could come back again we would for sure stay with them.
