The rooftop suite came with only a very small rooftop area and the artwork in the room was slightly disturbing (woman being smothered by mattresses, another with eyeballs popping out of head) but otherwise nice design-forward hotel with good service.

Love this hotel. The service is amazing, the amenities are beautiful and the room was so spacious and the bathroom was massive. They stocked the mini bar with various spirits to use to make cocktails for free and already had a nice big bucket of ice built in to the cabinet. The restaurants were delicious and the pool are is really pretty. The only issue was the rooftop bar was closed for a private wedding at the same time that they had a ticketed event for the beach club. That was pretty annoying considering the price you pay for a hotel like this in Bali. If it weren’t for that it would have been a perfect stay.

This beach front resort was well beyond expectations. The resort is super clean, the staff are beyond friendly and helpful. The staff are the 5 stars but the hotel itself didn’t offer buffet breakfast and breakfast was average, the ocean view room is not very practical for girls to get ready as the light are dark and not have big mirrors, I think the garden rooms are better and cheaper, overall is a nice place for the price specially if you like potato head beach club

Amazing resort. Fantastic room, beautiful pool and great food. I stayed a lot of nice high end places during my years of travel. I would say this place is tops all. I received the best service ever. The only down side is that this place is rather far from Bali airport and shopping districts. Yes taxi/Grab are available but the traffic congestion is unreal. On the other hand, if you are looking for peaceful / stay in resort vacation, this is it.

Great spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast was ordering off a menu but could order how often you wanted. The outdoor pool area was great with comfortable lounges. The staff were amazing - very helpful in every way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Restaurants options were very good. The location was ideal as only a short walk to the centre of Seminyak but you could stay the whole time in the resort as you also had free access to the day club next door. Great for couples to enjoy a relaxing few days! The suite, staff, food and facilities (including the spa and massages) were perfect. In-room services also include a bartender and floral bath, which can be arranged upon request. All the staff both throughout the hotel, the club and the restaurants were very friendly and helpful. The noise at the club also does not reach the hotel, and either way, the soundproof windows work well.
