Comfortable bed, nice staff, nice hotel. Location is poor, far away from the centre and only accessible by ferry or metro from the centre, meaning we couldn’t pop back in the middle of the day. Breakfast was ok. Room only cleaned ever other day. There was popcorn and a water bottle under our bed which hadn’t been noticed by the cleaners. Soap and shampoo were available jn annoying pumps which didn’t work well.
