Great hotel. We enjoyed everything: location (northern part of Patong), infrastructure around, the beach, food, all the hotel staff, hotel facilities. We enjoyed the main pool area during the daytime, since it has great shadow spots. And we really enjoyed the beach club pool for sunsets. Sunsets are just incredible there!! I would definitely recommend this hotel for everyone. Ps: I felt it was really inconvenient to pay safety deposit with cash, and I had my master card only as Apple Pay, which didn’t work for deposit, so I used my Visa card, which work really well. They just froze an amount and released it after check out.
