Staff and location great for canary wharf the O2 or Greenwich. You can get to the citi on the DLR in 15 mins and 25 mins on Jubilee line to the centre of town. Parking, gym and pool. Real advantage of this privately owned hotel is that it was properly built by the four seasons chain. Rooms are all good size and are quiet. Hotel never seems busy although it is.

Great hotel but if you plan on working while you’re there, don’t. The internet was absolutely terrible. Fine for an email or two but for any video or even non-video conferencing be prepared to cut out every minute or two. Incredibly frustrating. Otherwise a beautiful hotel with stunning city and Thames views with really great staff.

Excellent service and attentive staff, hotel facilities all great although we did not have time to use the spa/pool sadly. Hotel seemed very quiet so atmosphere a little lacking. Room was clean and spacious with a fabulous view of the river, although the decor seemed a little dated and in need of some TLC. Breakfast great but additional cost. Overall a great hotel stay with excellent access to the Thames clipper for access to the O2 and also central London.

A spectacular river view and nice room if you pay more. Lovely gardens for the heart of the city/Wharf. This hotel could be great if it improved a few basics. Check in was poor as they migrated to a new system. We waited 15 mins as the first in the queue with no offer of a complimentary drink. The rooms need kettles. We asked 5 times before one was delivered with tea bags also requested. Only drink on offer was coffee. Breakfast at 9.30 am was stone cold as the hotel is geared toward business users who check out early. This all said this hotel could be great and is I a fantastic location.
