This was a great hotel in a great location. The staff was very helpful and nice. The property inside and out was clean. I loved how much room the bunk bed room had in it. The kids loved having their own area. The location is in a wonderful spot and makes it easily to walk to everything going on. Our only complaint is that you have to spep up pretty high to get into the bathroom. There's a sign that says watch your step before going in, but not coming out. My husband forgot about the step coming out and fell. He did something to his foot and had a hard time walking. So just watch out for that step!

It is a perfectly place because it is located near the Niagara Falls and surrounded by many other beautiful places

The hotel needs some updates, the carpets in the halls are loose and trip hazards. The bedding is minimal and there is no extra blankets or pillows. The location is great though, right next to the casino, water park, and across from the falls. And just a quick walk to Clifton Hill.

Hotel room was great! Clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds, helpful staff. Parking garage had water intrusion and was muddy in many places but that wasn’t a deal breaker for us.
