We had a spacious 2 bed apartment which was perfectly situated for access to Montjoie telecabin and the amenities of Les Contamines. The building is new and was well appointed, the spa exceeded our expectation and we enjoyed the use of this throughout the week.

Beautiful apartment, everything was spotless & new. WiFi was great, bed was huge & comfortable with a great view. Huge balcony & lovely seating area to dine. Kitchen had everything you needed & bonus wine fridge. Apartment slept 6, we were just 2 so lots of space. 2 bedrooms, one en-suite, separate toilet & bathroom with bath. Underfloor heating was great so never felt cold. Bath robes & slippers provided for us which was so great for the fantastic Spa. The Jacuzzi had very powerful jets, just what you need after days skiing, huge steam room & sauna. Lovely plunge pool & swimming pool. Underground free parking. Staff very helpful & free ski bus to slopes.

La qualité des installations ( communs et appartement), la localisation, et la vue sur la montagne ne souffrent d’aucune critique. Tout est conforme à la description et les logements sont de très confortable, bien décorés et bien équipés. En revanche, les services proposés et surtout l’organisation de ceux-ci sont déplorable. Le personnel est néanmoins serviable et très sympathique mais semble débordé et inorganisé. - logement accessible avec 2h30 de retard par rapport à l’heure possible. - parking attribué déjà occupé - navette proposée et réservée non accessible(avons du rentrer à pied). Mieux sur la fin de semaine car moins plébiscité par les vacanciers - service de mise à disposition de pain avec commande non prise en compte. - espace détente( spa, halal, jacuzzi) interdit au moins de 16ans mais constamment rempli de famille avec des enfants S’il y a des règles, il faut les faire respecter! Une fois les problèmes organisationnels réglés, ce sera parfait!
