This hotel room was just what I needed after a very long day of travelling. The room was small but perfect and had everything I needed, including a kettle! First time in Geneva, so I had no idea when I booked the hotel of the exact location. The Holiday Inn has always been very reliable whenever I have travelled, and this was no different. Would definitely recommend! The staff were phenomenal in helping. I cannot say enough about this point. The staff made all the difference! They hooked me up with a transportation pass for public transport, which was a huge benefit to get around Geneva. The breakfast spread was excellent as well. The hotel is located in kind of an industrial area, but not a far walk to the train/tram/bus station to travel around. as an added bonus they had a shuttle to and from the airport! I would stay here again!

Staff ere very helpful and efficient. Didn't take any time to check-in. Room was clean and comfortable. There are restaurants within walking distance but we were so tired from traveling that we chose to stay in the hotel to eat - it's a very limited "menu" at the bar. You can get, basically, a so-so pizza or a cheese and sausage platter.

An adequate one night stay in a clean and convenient to the airport hotel. Parking our rental car was a bit challenging due to the shared office building underground parking lot.

8/10 Very good

Honestly, this place is a solid 4 stars. The establishment itself is great with everything you need in a good location and great access to public transportation. However, the bedroom is bare minimum and the most mediocre I’ve ever stayed at in a Holiday Inn Express. I mean it is bare necessities and nothing extra. There were some rude guest as well but that isn’t the hotels fault. Overall a solid 4 stars.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The staff are helpful. The room is clean and spacious. They offered a free city pass but we already got our swiss travel. The breakfast is great! It’s convenient and very close to Coop. Free shuttle to airport is a plus! Highly recommended!
