The room is very good, it is large and tidy, with a Jacuzzi inside, nice view as the photos shown. But the staff cannot communicate with English, it was hard for communication. And they did not active to provide help, I left my ID behind in an attraction point, asked the hotel staff to call and see what should I do, but they just refused to do so.

The bathroom sink was too small, the knob for shower head selection did not work (had to use the hand held instead of the rain option), floor padding was super thin. There’s only one bed so for party greater than 2 people, someone has to sleep on the floor. The place was a little run down. However, the view was nice and the living area was spacious.

Could be amazing. Rooms very clean. Communal areas not as good. Major disappointment was that the underfloor heating came on in the middle of the night and could not be turned off, and no one from property was available to help.

작년에 이어 두번째 방문인데, 이제 다시는 방문 안합니다.

작년에 방문 후 두번째 방문입니다. 작년에는 주인분들이 너무 친절하셔서 잘 쉬다 가고 후기도 좋게 남겼습니다. 올해는 주인이 바뀌셨다고 하네요. 그래서 다시는 가고 싶지 않은 곳이 되었습니다. 1. Early check in 안됩니다. (작년에는 가능) 4층 청소중이셔서 예약한 3층 입실 문의 드렸더니, 청소가 안되어서 안된다 해서 3시 10분전에 겨우 입실. 3층 문이 닫혀있다는 건 이미 청소가 끝났다는 건데, 청소안되었다고 말씀하시네요. 2. 일하고 계시던 두 분 불친절함. 10분 전 입실임에도 1층까지 몇번을 가서 문을 두드렸는지 모르겠네요. 4층에서 정리중이시던 남자분, 다시는 뵙고 싶지 않습니다. 3. 아동 2인 추가비용 4만원, 바베큐 4만원 (아동2명이 있어서 비용추가) 다시는 안가렵니다.

리모델일을 한지 오래되지 않아서인지 시설은 괜찮습니다. 뷰는 전객실이 리버뷰라 좋습니다. 남이섬이 바로 앞에 보이고 호수가 있고 조용해요. 그리고 객실에 스파가 있어서 좋습니다. 하지만 관리가 잘 안되는 것 같습니다. 특히 욕실에서 곰팡이 냄새가 나고 방까지 스며들어 쾌적한 환경이 아니예요. 그리고 엘베가 없어서 좀 불편하고 안내실이 1층에 있어서 오가는게 좀 불편하고 사장님이 친절하지는 않습니다. 무뚝뚝하고 뭘 요청하면 직접와서 받아가라고 합니다.

깔끔하고 방도 아주 따뜻하고, 아침석양이 바로 보이는 뷰입니다. 개인적으로 200% 만족한 팬션입니다. 주중에도 객실 손님들이 계셨는데, 아주 조용하고 다시 꼭 올거에요!
