If you’re going on a night out this hotel is very centrally located Would recommend to eat in nearby “Banken” food court For overnight stays this is value for money For extended stays you might get annoyed by all the bars in the street (and nightlife that it brings along) This was just as good/average as all Cabinn hotels Must say the staff was super friendly at this hotel

Despite the booking information stating that parking was available, we only found out after booking that it was not that simple. We were only able to park at the hotel for half of our stay and had to move our car midway through the weekend. The room felt very dated. There were marks and scuffs on all the walls, and it could definitely use a fresh coat of paint. There was almost no water pressure, neither in the shower nor when flushing the toilet. Every time you sat down on the bed, it sounded like eight springs were breaking. We booked the most expensive room available, yet our window overlooked the back courtyard where the staff handled rubbish and deliveries. Even though it was 37°C outside, we couldn’t keep the window open because of the constant noise. That said, we still had a nice weekend and the hotel’s central location in Aarhus was a big plus.

This is more of a glorified hostel than a real hotel. I had a Captain room which was decent size with two single beds two tables on the side. Had to Move beds to find a plug point (switches off the bed lights). The room carpet was a bit dirty. Bathroom was a disaster and it would probably be ok if you stay for 1 night but I was there for 4 days.. No separate shower cubicle. It is just next to the toilet. Shower curtain was of no use. So if you take shower the whole bathroom becomes unusable as it is drenched. No decent coffee. You could get an espresso from a machine at the reception. 30 for single and 60 for double. Breakfast was basic- meatballs, cucumber, tomatoes, bread, some cold cuts and cereal.

The price was ok but be prepared that the room is tiny. The room was a lot smaller than what we thought. This reminded us of cabins in the ship. The bathroom is very small. It was very hot in the room (we stayed in the summer, no AC). Breakfast was simple. Parking lot is hard to get unless you book parking at the hotel's own parking garage which was already fully booked when we arrived. The parking garage they recommend is quite far from the hotel. We did find a parking near the church but we got a space by "luck". Make sure you book the parking at the hotel if you are travelling by car.

Kunne godt ønske at i gør opmærksom på uro ud til åen. Svært ved at sove. Så ville det være godt hvis værelserne var med føntørre. Morgenmaden noget kedelig. F.eks. røræggen var en stiv klump og kødbollerne kolde. Ikke meget smil hos morgenmads personalet, det er jo trods alt der dagen starter.

Rigtig sødt og hjælpsomt receptionspersonale. Stuepigen var lidt for effektiv og gjorde rent, selv om jeg ikke havde bedt om det, og desuden skiftede hun håndklæder, selv om de hang på knagen! Øko-konceptet er jo, at man kun får gjort rent og skiftet håndklæde, hvis man beder om det i løbet af sit ophold, så hun skal instrueres bedre!
