The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach and pools were close by, and we went to the pool several times during our stay. We especially enjoyed the pool surrounded by nature, as it was quiet and very relaxing. Breakfast had a great variety of options and everything tasted good. It was also easy to get into the city by taxi, which was very convenient. We would love to stay at this hotel again when we come back to Da Nang.

My wife and I stayed at Furama Resort Da Nang for our 25th wedding anniversary, and overall it was a beautiful and memorable experience. The resort has a wonderful view and beautifully maintained gardens, which made the whole stay feel relaxing and elegant. I would also like to sincerely thank Nguyên at the reception, who kindly welcomed my wife with a bouquet and warm guidance. That thoughtful gesture made our anniversary trip even more special. There were a few downsides. Since the resort is very popular, breakfast can get quite crowded, and some of the service in the restaurant felt a bit stiff. One plate was cleared before we had finished, and once while I was making coffee, a staff member bumped into me without apologizing. Also, it is a good idea to bring mosquito repellent. That said, to add a little humor, I only had one actual encounter with a mosquito during my stay, and thankfully I was not bitten. Overall, I would still recommend this resort for a special occasion. The setting is beautiful, and the thoughtful hospitality made our stay truly memorable.

The Deluxe ocean view suite from the third floor had a large balcony and beautiful view of the ocean. We loved our time here at this resort. Food was good. My kids were excited to have their first burger in Vietnam and although expensive it didn’t disappoint.

This resort is really 2 or 3 resorts in one. You can stay around the main area and have a traditional beach resort vibe. You can stay in one of the rooms surrounding the lagoon pool and garden to get a more tropical atmosphere or you could splurge and get one of the big villas if you want more privacy. We chose to stay in the lagoon area as that best fits us. The whole stay was honestly amazing, if we had more time in Da Nang we would have definitely still spent it at Furama resort

Staff was incredible. Made us feel so special and welcome and were so helpful in helping with all our requests. My wife also wasn't feeling well on the last couple of day and they were so sweet with trying to find solutions to help her be comfortable. We would return again as we appreciated their service so much. We ended up staying in the ocean suite and was a huge beautiful room! They also were so quick at room clean up and keeping our towels fresh. A true 5*
