We usually stay at Marco Polo when we arrive in the Philippines, both on the first and last nights of our trip. It’s easy to get to the hotel by taxi, and it feels very safe. The staff are fantastic—from check-in to housekeeping and the restaurant. Marco Polo in Cebu has one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve ever had. There’s everything from fresh fruit to delicious dishes from all over the world. The hotel rooms are quiet, so you really get a chance to rest without being disturbed. As always, we are extremely satisfied with our stay at Marco Polo, which we consider one of the very best hotels in Cebu. We can truly and warmly recommend everyone to stay here when visiting Cebu—you won’t regret it.

Very pleasant checking although I arrived at midnight. The airport transportation by hotel connection was professional and very nice vehicles. The hotel is beautiful. Room is 20th with city view. The good: Clean Room, the staff was very accommodating and pleasant . Food ordered through room service was excellent. We did not use the pool, but the pool did look nice as well as the seating area around the pool. Good view of the mountains from our room. Good Aircon. The bad: The buffet for dinner was expensive ($96 USD for 2) and was hectic and most of the food was cold/warm and mediocre at best. The bed in our room was very hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet in the morning had A long line and was very busy and hectic. Opted for room service instead of waiting in line to enter the buffet.
