Check in was easy and the lady was friendly and professional, The noise from the bar opposite was very loud as we arrived back from our night out but that couldn’t be helped, The fire alarm woke us at 5.30am, false alarm so back to bed! Shower was awful, only trickled out and kept stopping altogether! Breakfast was excellent and the staff were again friendly and professional, a few niggles but on the whole a good stay

When we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff and given our room number for the duration of our stay, our room was lovely and clean, our bed was comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, the food was freshly cooked and the choice was very good, if we came back to Liverpool we would stay here again.

Room was sparkling clean but for a double was way to small only one chair ,no where in the bathroom to put toiletries etc and shower very slippery,the breakfast was lovely and hot ,chap at reception was kind enough to get us a fan for the room,on checking out I told the receptionist about the small room and she said we shoukd have asked for a bigger one.

We thought it was a continental breakfast, but we were also given a Full English option. Room was perfect. It was clean with an excellent bathroom size. The shower had low pressure, but still did the job.
