We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a great pool area, big rooms, and comfortable beds. The only downside was the bathroom layout with sliding and glass doors opening to the hallway/room, which is not very practical when travelling with friends. We enjoyed our stay at Aloft. The location is excellent - close to beaches, a variety of restaurants, and it was helpful to have a grocery store right underneath. We enjoyed the breakfast especially the fruit and made to order eggs. While there were a couple of minor issues (safe and fridge not working), the staff addressed them in a timely manner. We found the front staff and breakfast staff very helpful and friendly.

I recommend 100 % this hotel. I stayed for 7 days right after urgent surgery, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to recover. All the staff showed exceptional kindness. They even called the on-call doctor when they saw I needed help. I felt safe and truly cared for. Spotless hotel, spacious room, very comfortable bed, and a lovely city-view balcony. Room service was a huge help during my first days. Perfect location with Chedraui (grocery store) right downstairs and the 5th & 38 Avenue and the beach just minutes away. Thank you to the entire team for your humanity and care.

Absolutely fabulous! Wish we were here longer! The staff were all so friendly and the hotel is immaculate. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The best thing is the rooftop pool area.
