Love love love this hotel!! From the friendly helpful check in/out, the absolutely fabulous breakfast buffet and Japanese tatami room futons, with stunning views, to eco-friendly products, it was a true wonderful experience as our first night in Japan. Definitely would stay here again next time but longer. Staff were exceptional and made us feel very welcome and we were grateful for their helpful transportation advice!

Great location… airport limo bus drops you at the door. Room is very clean and spacious I only wish bathroom was a separate room but not a game changer. Found it kinda funny that if curtain used to divide shower area/hotel room, then the person showering can be seen from anyone by the beds and vice versa because its a clear glads wall. Lol. Starbucks is at the ground floor and lots of food and 7-11 close by.. 10 min walk to Shinjuku station.
