Super new and spotless. Staff speaks some English and they are very helpful. Breakfast is fantastic, if not especially cheap. Very nice public bath and great free coffee in the lobby. The only downside is that it’s a 10 minute's walk from the nearest metro station, but that’s a minor concern. One of my favorite hotels so far in Tokyo.

The room we chose was spacious and very clean, good for a family of four with our 2yo sleeping in a crib.
