I had a wonderful stay at The Signature at MGM Grand and would absolutely come back again. The room was spacious, clean, and super comfortable — honestly such a nice place to relax after long days exploring Vegas. I really appreciated how quiet it was compared to the main Strip hotels, while still being close enough to everything. It felt like the perfect balance between excitement and calm. The staff were friendly and helpful, check-in was smooth, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. Having access to the MGM Grand amenities was also a huge bonus. The pools were great, and the property itself is beautiful. This stay made our Vegas trip even more special. If you’re looking for a comfortable, peaceful spot that’s still connected to all the action, I definitely recommend The Signature. Would happily stay here again! 😊

Very clean and comfortable room. I only had one issue and it might not be a concern for others. The pipes and sinks gurgled and made lots of noise. They never backed up but I was concerned at times they would. Very convenient to the lobby and Uber. But a lengthy walk down to get to the strip.

Disappointing stay – Misleading listing and unhelpful management Review: I booked this property specifically for its advertised access to pools, hot tubs, and a lazy river, which were all unavailable upon arrival. This was extremely frustrating, as those amenities were the main reason for choosing this location. The room also had issues: the safe was locked and unusable, and the TV only had one working channel. When I contacted the front desk, I was told they couldn’t assist because the unit was privately owned—something I wasn’t made aware of during the booking process. I reached out to Expedia and was initially offered a refund and alternative accommodations. However, the refund has since been disputed, and I’ve been left without resolution. Overall, this stay was not as described and I would not recommend this property

Not sure how they can call this Lucky Gem “Penthouse” Suite. It’s on the 5th floor. Technically the Penthouse Suites are floors 29-36. For a party of 5 for a 5 night stay we received 1 oz shampoo, 1 oz conditioner and 1 oz body wash. When making simple / reasonable requests such as additional shampoo, conditioner, and a change of towels after the 3rd night. We were threatened with additional charges. Only 4 sets of towels were delivered and after being promised that housekeeping would bring a 5th, they never did. The front desk can’t help, requests are communicated through Expedia. Mantenance did respond to a clogged toilet very quickly though. The location and amenities were great.

We were very excited to stay at the lucky gem. There were many amenities that you don’t find at other hotels. However, our room was a huge disappointment. We had booked a king bed, we got two queens and were told by the front desk we had to handle the bed situation through hotels.com. The host was unresponsive. The bedding was described as Egyptian cotton sheets, premium bedding. This is not what was provided, cheap bedding that felt like sand paper. There was a painting ripped off the wall and placed in the closet. Peeling paint, scuffed walls, minimal amenities and the balcony likely never gets cleaned. I understand that rooms wear but this was listed as a premium suite. Not at all what we experienced.

I was overall very dissatisfied with my stay. I booked what was advertised as a “1 king bed, luxury penthouse suite” through Lucky Gem, but upon arrival, it was clear that I did not receive a penthouse. I had specifically chosen this booking because I was looking forward to staying in a true penthouse with great views during my weekend in Vegas, so this was a major disappointment. Communication with the host made the situation even more frustrating. When I reached out to confirm whether I had booked the correct room—since being on the 26th floor didn’t match the penthouse description—I was told that I had not booked a penthouse and that it was simply the name of the business. I then provided a screenshot of my reservation clearly stating “luxury penthouse suite,” after which the host stopped responding altogether. Had there been any acknowledgment or apology for the confusion, I would have been much more understanding, but the lack of response was unacceptable as a paying customer. There were also several maintenance and service issues during the stay. The microwave in the room did not work, which forced us to spend significantly more money dining out since we couldn’t reheat leftovers. Although I reported the issue, no one came to address it until the night before our departure—and at that point, we were getting ready to go out and couldn’t accommodate the visit. Additionally, the process for requesting basic items like toiletries and towels was inconvenient and slow.
