A great location for exploring Perpignan. Don’t let initial impressions put you off! The apartment is clean, quiet and comfortable with só many good bars, restaurants and sightseeing within a few minutes walking distance. If you tire of Perpignan a beautiful day out is coulliore on the train and Canet plage is also a quick bus ride away. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Perpignan, don’t hesitate to book here! The hosts are so quick to respond to questions. This place looks and is fresh and spotless and I cannot recommend it enough. Great for young and old.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable, the linen was clean, and the bedrooms were spacious. Cons: Unfortunately, there were several issues. The surrounding area felt quite dirty. While it is located in the heart of the city, it seems to be on a less pleasant street — there was dog mess around and a strong smell of urine outside. At night we could clearly hear drunk people arguing, which made it difficult to sleep. Inside the property, cleanliness was also a concern. The photos online seem misleading and may have been taken some time ago. The sofa had visible stains, the pans were heavily scratched (which could lead to plastic particles getting into food), and there was mould in the bathroom. Overall, the apartment would benefit from a thorough deep clean, particularly the cutlery, floors, bathroom silicone, and sofa. In the end, it was inexpensive, and it did feel like the price reflected the condition.

Appartement comme beaucoup à Perpignan

Une fois la réservation faite communication spontanée par l'établissement par mail en anglais uniquement. Certes très bien expliqué simple et clair mais sans me demander à la base ma langue souhaitée. Réservation en France à Perpignan avec un couple propriétaire à Nice pour un client de Toulouse. Rue populaire et très sympathique arrivée simple par code et boîte à clef. Appartement propre bien équipé. Appartement froid en arrivant la climatisation centrale à mis du temps pour réchauffer appartement. Voisins présents par des allers et venues mais pas dérangeants. Il s'agit d'un appartement comme beaucoup sur Perpignan certes ont plus d'ambiance que d'autres

Hem estat en família dues nits i ha estat immillorable!! La mainada no volia marxar! Apartament amb tot el confort, net, cèntric, no hem hagut d'agafar el cotxe per res. El noi qui ho gestiona, en Julien, un encant de persona. Ens va atendre molt bé per telèfon. El carrer on està ubicat l'apartament dona sensació d'inseguretat al principi però al moment veus que no, que es tracta de gent sense sostre que viu per allà aprop i inofensiva. Molt recomanable per gaudir de Perpignan! Gràcies!

Apparemment confortable et central

Notre séjour dans l'appartement numéro 3 du 3ème étage a été très agréable. L'espace était propre, la chambre équipée d'une télévision offrait une literie confortable, et la température était parfaite à notre arrivée. Le stationnement de notre voiture était facile dans le quartier. Explorer la ville à pied depuis l'appartement était pratique, les restaurants sont à proximité immédiate. Nous avons été ravis du panier d'accueil, et le livret numérique s'est avéré complet et pratique, bibliothèque dans la partie commune avec les prospectus est très pratique. Les télévisions avec Netflix ont ajouté un plus à notre séjour. 👍
