We received a very warm and helpful welcome. Very simple check in & all questions answered, which included a query re transport and the receptionist went above and beyond on this. The room was in good order and had everything we needed. Breakfast was absolutely superb and the staff couldn't have been more friendly. They were on hand if required, but did not overly pester us. Dirty bowls, plates & utensils were taken away at convenient times. Particularly good management in this area.
