BAD EXPERIENCE

I don't understand why this hotel has a 4-star rating; it doesn't meet the requirements. The location is terrible. They offer a river view, and we were only given interior rooms on the second floor. The neighborhood is very run-down and can be dangerous, even though Taipei is a safe city. Be careful: what they offer on the website isn't real; the deluxe rooms are standard rooms. The breakfast was deplorable, terrible in every way. The room wasn't cleaned, and we had to ask them to come and clean it at 7 p.m., which they did. On the positive side, the staff's friendliness. I don't recommend it.

Hi. The hotel does not deserve its stars; it is old-fashioned (but that doesn't bother me). It's just dirty, with peeling wallpaper and dirty walls. The non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes, and the air conditioning was not cleaned, so it smelled bad. Breakfast was okay, but the staff were loud and argumentative with each other, making it difficult for hotel guests to eat breakfast in peace. On the other hand, the beds were very comfortable.

出張滞在での利用。 立地は西門まで徒歩圏内、下のプランでの予約だと部屋は日本のビジネスホテルぐらいで少し狭いですが許容範囲、ホテルとしての雰囲気は全く問題なしです。 ただ、従業員のおじさんが、、。 仕事終わりにホテルに戻るとエレベーター前で物凄い勢いで止められ、部屋の鍵を見せると謝罪もなく立ち去っていきました。 不審者を止める従業員さんの行動は正解かもしれないですが(当日は仕事後で作業着が少し汚れていた為)お客と不審者を勘違いしたのなら、その後、ちゃんと謝罪をして欲しかったと感じました。 出張者の皆様、作業着での滞在はオススメしません。
