Upscss as le hotel doesn't meet the mark
Staff at Reception and waiters during breakfast could have been friendlier. We asked for help with directions and we're basically told go straight, turn left, left then right and left and then right. Very confusing and no street names were given. During breakfast I asked if they had raisins. I was told no by a waiter who sneered at me. I went upstairs to get my own and when I returned some raisins were sitting at my table. These are little things and overall the hotel was very nice, but it was also very expensive and I think more attention should've been given.

This was an amazing property, central to all of the Venice sights and very easy to navigate to and from. The room was exquisite - spacious and very well appointed and we made ample use of the gym facilities. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Strongly suggest visiting the restaurant on prem if you can as it is amazing.

Loved our stay and the property. Amazing location, comfortable beds, phenomenal restaurant and breakfast spread. Easy to get around from this prime location. Only knock was the VIP weren’t great. The tour was a water taxi drop off to Murano, which was nice, but we had to find our own way back. They just drop you off at a glad blowing factory and you’re on your own after that. Generally that’s find, but not really a tour. Also didn’t get any room upgrade. We got what we booked, so not sure they can really call that a VIP amenity. Despite that, the hotel and stay were still great! Highly recommend

We loved our stay. The hotel was great! The room was typical venician style. Wood, molding, velvet. The breakfast was amazing!! The complimentary trip to Murano by boat was a plus plus!! We ate at DaMomo 3 times which is 30 seconds from the hotel!! A must for good food!! The location was amazing. We stayed 3 days and it was perfect!! Thank you. I highly recommend this hotel. All the workers were very nice and accommodating. 🇮🇹🇮🇹

This hotel is located in the heart of Venice and literally a quick walk from everything. Beautifully kept with very large rooms. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that provide maps and directions to everywhere you may need to go. We stayed with children and they were able to offer connecting rooms and accommodate three people per room. There was also lots of closet space. Definitely recommend!

It took us a while to research and chose a hotel in Venice for our stay and Hotel Ai Reali did not disappoint. We had a wonderful stay, the hotel is in a great central location but also tucked away from the hustle. Our room was plush, clean and cosy - we enjoyed coming back to it each day. The best part of this hotel by a mile though is their staff - each and every one of them is so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Thank you for the most lovely stay.
